Well, I guess you guys have by now figured out that we are obviously not making this deadline....again. I'm out of words, except sorry. We are super close though, that much I can tell you and some review units will be going out here very shortly (end of week). I'll be sending out an email to the preregisters too so you guys will get an update and know if you're on the list.

I don't think this is what paka is referring to but if it is I'm sorry, it has never really been answered. So DV any info for us Europeans regarding EU distribution? I know its a big ask when the US date isn't concrete but are we talking a matter of weeks/months or a year after the US release? I know I could get it shipped over but I don't really want the hassle of the unknown amount of tax.

Spanish distributor told us in the Spanish forum that EU distribution will be in July.
This is a fair question. I just deleted two responses to it, however, neither of which had the answer.

I think its worth the wait for this unit as it looks the dogs nuts! If the build quality is anything to go by from the Da Vinci. I asked the head shop were I got my DV from and he stated they should start getting them in 1-2 months to the UK after they are released in the USA.
As far as EU distribution goes, the plan is July...BUT it really depends on how long our CE certification takes. Typically it's about 5 weeks. It's likely the same guys who have DV now will get the Ascent over there.
I hear you guys on the taxes and not to mention the warranty...not that I'm saying it will break...but if something happens, my EU guys take care of it once they have product. Before that...you have to send it back to the US.

Yeah looks like my early entry is some how missing 2 I spoke to davinci and found out im number 556 but registered right when it opened up and then like 2 or 3 weeks later and also have the survey email from my original signup

I believe davinci stated more in depth about how the air entering in is heated before it hits the herb, so essentially its mostly convection and some conduction!!!!

I bought mine Pre-order through GotVape for 225 and they are already throwing me some Freebys because of the initial delay. Just recieved the email from Davinci appoligizing and offering more Freebys when it does arrive.
Not happy about the wait, but with the Freebys and reduced price I can't complain too much.

GotVape had a coupon code for 10% off. I used it and they accepted it for the preorder.
Free shipping AND $25 off?? Even if it takes me another month it will be worth it. Though I am bent (though not surprised) it didn't come out yet again on schedule.
