Discontinued The Inhalater INH004 Phytotherapeutic Rechargeable Portable Vaporizer

With the possibility of a power outage looming I appreciate my inhalater even more than ever. With my solo I'd be limited to four or five sessions before being out, with this I can just charge it off my laptop :)

Okay, just a slight dilemma over here. I've decided to buy an Inh since it looks exactly like the type of portable I need. I've been waiting for some money to come in, and lo and behold, it came in today. I want to pull the trigger on this thing, but someone a ways back mentioned some newer model that's supposed to be appearing? Are we talking days, weeks, months, more? I don't want to wait if we are talking multiple weeks or months, but if I buy it tonight and a new version comes out in a matter of days or weeks, I'm going to be ticked.

Any input on this to help me make my decision?

Thanks cause they said four weeks which I believe would have been next week.

Ok now I am confused. They are doing an upgrade to fix issues and building the new model but the upgrade is taking another two months? Am I reading that correctly?

whats confusing? They just updated? Did they not? I'm confused by your confusion?

VapeNStone,
Regarding the name: I can't help but hear Dr. Doofenschmirtz in my head every time I think "the inhalater." Those of you who have young kids should know what I am talking about. lol

As for the XP, do we know at this point what exactly that means? Is this new release a different model altogether or the same basic design with a few fixes?

The new model is the INH 005 with digital temp readout among other novelties.

The XP is an upgrade on the INH 004 and only applies minor fixes to a few problems. There was a post by Kaptan i think where he asked someone at Inhalater about it.

They didn't release the update yet with the fix and right behind that they are putting out the new one it seems unless the new one takes a year.

Did you also forget that I live in the state of confusion...it really unfortunately isn't a joke.

ili what is wrong with the name?

Dreamerr,
Not that this is necessary, but you can also do a stealth cup mod like the Solo with an Inhalater. The straw I have fit securely over the mouthpiece. You can kind of see the black tip of the mouth piece sticking up but nothing like the stock stem on the solo. I also put a little bit of bubble wrap in the bottom of the cup to keep the INH from moving so much. It would be pretty useful on a walk or something.

XP as a product name is connected with the crapy Windows for the last many years... No more, thanx!!! :D I really don't get the name change though... They have already made minor changes and fixes and they kept the same name so far. Anyway, it's their call, I am stripping the stickers anyway when I manage to get one! Will probably put some tape on that LED too... :)

Oh now I get it...that state of confusion again...yea I hate anything Microsoft but I still use it ugh. I didn't put it together. Yea I don't see a reason for a name change either. I love my INH more and more every day.

I made one but I need a stronger bottle like you have in your pic to make it work better. Otherwise it just caves the bottle in.

Listen ili we want instructions...you say you like it so much then you have to help us make it. I actually did a search last week and found the video of it working but I need more info. I need a confused emoticon.

ili I don't know if you read this whole thread but at the beginning I was having issues with harshness with this vape. For some reason it is gone. I can draw the same way as I did at the beginning and still not that bad feeling in the back of my throat. I wonder if when we get new vapes not only do we have a learning curve to learn how to use them the way we need them but also if our body somehow becomes more automatic with using them to stop the bad stuff like harshness. Brain on overdrive on thinking about silly stuff tonight.

To build a lung? Simple as hell, actually. Grab a waterbottle, I like the bigger Powerade ones, and cut the bottom off. Now get some tape and a turkey bag (from the store, preferably clean...) and tape the end of the bag to the end of the bottle. Make it as long as the bottle, and add 2-3 inches to it. So now you've got a water bottle with a bag at the end... push the bag in (or suck from the open hole and watch the bag go in!) and affix the vaporizer of choice to the opening. I did this with my Launch Box and just made a hole in the water bottle cap and stuck my stem in there. Anyways, now that you have your vape hooked up to the water bottle, turn it on and get it to start producing vapor. Instead of inhaling, you just pull on the bag slowly and watch as the vapor fills the space created! The slower you pull, the thicker the vapor will be and subsequently the closer you get to combustion due to higher temps. Pull the cap/vape off when done, and inhale through the water bottle, sucking the bag back into the bottle and also inhaling all the vapor.

See how on his sig picture, the end of the bag is rolled and skinny? Easier to grab the bag when it goes inside.

Your emoticon, by the way

Hopefully now improved to
