I wish more glass blowers would adopt glass mouthpieces for the Venty. Just got mine recently and am really enjoying everything about it besides the mouthpiece.

I highly recommend the Venty adapter from Simrell Collection (link), which is currently sold out, or VGoodiEZ (link); you may have to mess with the o-rings a little to get a good fit (I swapped mine out for 5.5x1mm FKM from oringsandmore), but you can use any 8mm stem with it. There's also a dedicated glass mouthpiece from VGoodiEZ (link), but it's currently sold out.

I prefer the adapter for a longer airpath and the ability to add an intercooler and auto-flutter fresh air (the latter with Simrell's spinning components and a mouthpiece). The Simrell one's a little nicer and more stable, but both get the job done.

I own Mighty's and Crafty's mouthpieces made of glass and titanium (or SS not sure). Do they fit in the Venty CU?
I received it last week btw, and it creates huge clouds and very even ABV. Today I am received ti-caps,

If someone asked me a few months ago, I would have answered the same way, that the Venty hits me harder than most of the vapes that I own.
I think that having used the Venty almost daily for the last year had me more medicated than I've ever been with any other daily driver. But a few weeks ago I started using again my Volcano Digit and even if the vapor seemed wispy compared to Venty's, to the point I still think my Volcano would perhaps benefit from a deep cleaning of the internal from debris, I got higher for longer using a (wispy) Volcano bag than using a Venty capsule with the same amount of cannabis. I think that the extra stoney effect is non existent, at least for me, and it's due to airflow: it's so easy and effortless to vape capsule after capsule on it, no cough, so I easily vape more than I would on a scratchy-on-the-throat Volcano bag. It may be due to the way I hit my Venty, I usually do monster hits at full temperature and usually be done in a handful of hits, while inhaling slowly/sipping (as I do on a bag) is more effective at absorbing cannabinoids.
If you need to vape big amounts of flower, the Venty is the perfect vape imho, but it's not stronger, it just has a monster airflow than can lead easily to monster tolerance if that is your cup of tea.

providing my final thought on the Venty. It’s still my most reached for. it’s the easiest to share amongst friends. everyone I have introduced it to loves it. it gets me the highest, per gram, out of every vape I have owned. It charges SO fast, and there’s no compromise in power at 1 bar of battery, which seems to happen with other battery powered vapes i’ve used

Hey everyone. Just wanted to see if it's at all a common problem for the temp buttons to get a bit weird over time? I just noticed that my temp up button is very mushy and almost recessed feeling compared to my down button. Not sure how/went it happened, but seemed like it happened very suddenly, because I didn't notice a gradual change or anything, seemed normal just a couple days ago.

My initial googling into it led me to some reddit posts with concerns over melting buttons from overheating... but I don't know that's really the case here (or even in that other persons case honestly) because I've never noticed the vape to be unusually hot around the buttons during use, I usually don't fast charge it, and it's just the one button - the down and power buttons seem fine, screen is normal, etc.

My first assumption would be that the button has been somehow damaged and is not springing back up, or that the soft orange silicone or whatever the button is made of has just worn down over too many presses? Kinda sad either way, I have a ~7 year old mighty and ~4yr old mighty+ that both have perfect buttons. Does enshitification apply to even the great S&B? Though, apart from this, I have been happy with it in every way.

I did it this way via the Bluefy app on my iPhone:

1. Reset Venty to default settings by pressing the Power Button for 10 sec
2. Make sure Bluetooth is ON
3. Disable the phone screen from automatically shutting off to ensure the Bluetooth connection is solid (Settings > Display & Brightness)
4. Click on the Update button in the Bluefy app
5. Finish 1st stage of the update ("BL" will appear on Venty's screen)
6. Go to the Bluefy app, confirm your Serial Number, and finish 2nd stage of the update

I had no issues, it worked flawlessly on the first try. I imagine the same procedure applies to other smartphones.
Am I SOL if I can’t get the update to take on the web app? The device connects and shows me serial/firmware (1.07), but never makes progress on the firmware update stage 1.

I can’t remember if it was a vent or note, but I had to use the back button and the browser and then go forward once before things started working right. It might take a few tries, but it will work eventually.

Update procedure is buggy. I have tried with multiple phone and with my PC (with USB).
Also stuck on the Update Stage 1, progress bar is blocked and error display is : "No valid message received; please retry".
Surprisingly after multiple attents, after one week, yesterday it has worked :). Incomprehensible but now i'am in version 1.09 !
Don't give up !

I’m in Australia so I was offered a mighty when Mr. E04 appeared. I ended up opening it and fixed the issue but can never get it to update. I will be more persistent thanks.

We got our Venty about a month ago. We use an Apple MacBook Air charger. My wife and I pass it back-and-forth during a session. On average we receive between 25 and 35 minutes on a single charge. We are using the temperature 185°C and boosting to 200°C. I have experimented with turning on and off the battery saving functions, and the length of charge is roughly the same. I have also turned down the LED screen, which was not much help. I emailed support and it seems like I am talking to an AI bot. Their response is that old batteries are not covered by the warranty. I’ve responded to the emails several times explaining this happened from the first charge and every charge after that, and the vape is brand new. The last response I received said that I said I was charging incorrectly, which I never said. Has anyone had a similar experience with battery life and dealing with their customer support? Is around 30 minutes of use per charge normal considering my wife and I are hitting it back to back? I have reached out to planet of the vapes who were very helpful and said that they would help with a warranty issue. If the battery is faulty, we are bummed out to have to send this thing off and wait for the return on something we just bought. Any advice appreciated
