I've had this device for a while now. I have a bit more than 200 hours across the two devices. I have not had an issue with either one.
I like the Venty for the fast heat up time because some of the vaping I do I want to spend less than 10 minutes doing. I don't like the clean up and like the Mighty I end up buying several heads and clean them all at once.

I'm not crazy about the stock mouth piece and started looking for alternatives right away.

I got two from S.P., three from Vgoodiez, one from @Ed's TnT . I also got this charger made by @Delta3DStudios from another member.

I bought and didn't care for the mouthpieces with the tiny balls. The glass gets hot quick. I also didn't care for the mouthpieces with the hard plastic joiner. The plastic get way too hot.

These are what I liked best and would replace if lost or broken.

1. The charging stand from Delta3dStudioa. I just like the way the Venty goes right in there and is connected with ease. I like that it leaves my Venty standing rather than on the side. It is a simple thing that works really well.

2. Venty XL Sidecar Bubbler from Vgoodiez - I like this piece so much. It takes a small amount of water. The glass does not get hot at all. Other than using a water filled bong this probably cools the vapor the most.

3. DNA Glass Stem by Vaphit will require an 8mm Stem Adapter is the best non water glass alternative. The glass does not get hot and the vapor is cooled. I don't find this hard to clean.

4. Venty Stem/WPA 18mm wood from Eds TnT. I am clumsy. As much as I love the glass pieces above they will likely all be broken by this time next year. I've learned to love the wooden adapters not just for their beauty but also because this will last for entire life of the device. This one requires a joiner adapter currently purchased through Sneaky Pete. This joiner, unlike the hard plastic ones, does not get hot. I have been experementing with this WPA. I've discovered I can use a basket screen which fits right into the stem. I fill the basket screen with weed and not the Venty bowl, crank the Venty to 410. The flavor profile is different than loading weed into the Venty. I have also placed a screen deeper into the stem, filled the cavity between the back screen and the basket screen with 5mm glass balls. This makes it possible, because of cooling the vapor down a bit, to use the WPA as stem and direct draw from it. Mainly though I use this as a WPA the most.

As an honarable mention I am using the titanium capsules with one of the ventys. I am using one with capsules and one without just to notice the difference in condition over time. I haven't loved capsules in the past. The original SB capsules would always end up a sticky mess, and I bent a lot of lids. The titanium capsules are the way to go. No bent lids, they aren't a mess, just a real upgrade to the old type.

My RMA case is closed. New Venty arrived today. The clickiness of all buttons has improved dramatically, the up/down buttons feel MUCH better now. Me likey!

Also, a quick story about S&B customer service. When I started the RMA for my Crafty+, they never asked for the old one to be sent in, sent me a new one and (obviously) removed the old one from "my devices" in my account. I never bothered to try to register the new Crafty+, because there was not much of the three years left anyway. So when I tried to register the new Venty today, I couldn't figure out how to go about it. Uploading both the original invoice (Proof of purchase date) and the 0.0€ invoice out of the RMA process didn't work because you can only upload one file.

So I contacted them via the support form and asked how to register the replacement Venty. I was hoping for instructions on which invoice to use. What I got about an hour later was an email saying "Your devices have been registered, thank you for contacting us". I check my account and find both the Crafty+ and the Venty listed as "Exchange device". Wow!

My takeaway: I am perfectly willing to pay S&B prices and deal with the occasional RMA when this is how they treat their customers. Also: dead device picked up by UPS on Tuesday, new device delivered Friday.

Also: my partner never smoked a joint in her life and never used cannabis before she met me. She did smoke cigarettes and now uses the glo sticks. She enjoys the occasional bedtime session. I've given her several devices to try and she quickly gravitated towards the Crafty+. After Venty arrived, she immediately called dibs on the Venty for her sessions. She doesn't want to think about how best to inhale or learn a device specific technique, she wants something that "just works". And THAT is what S&B does really well.

Fun anecdote: This week she had to fall back on the Crafty+ for one session and immediately asked me "is this thing OK? The airflow is so tight." Yep, it's perfectly OK, it's just not a Venty set to airflow 3 :-)

Indeed, I’ve recommended the titanium capsules from the moment I bought (2) five packs. I alternate between them and direct funnel loading, depending on my mood.

New buttons!! This is very exciting actually. My front buttons are really hard to push down, as I have hand dexterity issues, and my power button is caving in on one side. Never got a E04 so I guess I’m fortunate(?) to get to RMA someday and get a new device. This should’ve been the most obvious thing to identify during R&D pre-release, along with the crooked cooling unit.

What happens after the warranty? Do they repair it? How did they handle it in the past?
I don't own a Venty, but they did replace my Mighty out of warranty. It was only a few months past. The problem was a cracked housing, just above the bowl where the CU interfaces. It failed when I was using the S&B CU, but I had installed an aftermarket WPA on it, and I think that may have led to the failure. I let S&B know all of that, and I asked if I could return it for service to replace the housing. This was right after the Mighty Plus was released, and I was concerned there might not be parts for the OG in the future.

Well, they made a long story short and just sent me a new unit. They shipped it immediately upon receiving the faulty piece.

I'll admit, I'm not a huge fan of the Mighty, so I'm on the fence about the Venty, but I'm certain that I'm happy with S&B.
