Vapor Halogen Wand

Hello everyone, I have been working on a halogen wand that uses a 20 watt halogen Osram bulb. Powered by a 12 volt adapter purchased on @VGOODIEZ web site that has most of your popular vape gear. The bulb connector wires were replaced with 16g 316L stainless steel wire. The bulb connector is put in an Arizer wand purchased online. The bulb connector is held in place with a cork with a hole drilled in the middle for air flow. The bulb has a stainless steel cup with holes for air flow around the bulb to hold added continuous heat for longer periods of vaping. This wand was designed to be used with any of your vape water tools. For those that don't have the skills or the know how, I will build these and sell the with the permission of @Stu

Now that I have the title of Accessory Maker, Thanks to @Stu and the FC platform for making this possible. I've decided to take this project a little further. I put the 20 watt halogen bulb in a 18mm black ground glass wand instead of a 18mm clear ground glass wand. This way the light doesn't blind you while your trying to enjoy your vape. The heat up time is less than a minute. By the time you grind up your herbs, The wand is heated up to your desired temp. I keep the light dimmer at 10.5 to 11.5 depending on the bowl size. With a micro dose bowl, The temp can be lower. I went with the micro dose bowls @VGOODIEZ store. Here is a video of the new wand. https://streamable.com/an93xm

Hello out there, Are you ready for an all glass halogen desktop vaporizer that works with any hydratube? I've created just that, A desktop that works with a 18mm glass elbow and whip attached. And with any of your 18mm mouth pieces or any 14mm to 18mm hydratube. Here is a video demo of my newest desktop vaporizer. https://streamable.com/nydjux

Hello everyone, I have been experimenting with @VGOODIEZ 3mm Ruby Beads. I have decided to take out the stainless steel cup around the bulb, And then add Ruby Beads to the Vapor Halogen Wand. I also added a screen to hold the Ruby Beads in the the Vapor Halogen Wand. I made this decision because I know most everyone desires an all glass vapor path, As I desire an all glass vapor path. I also noticed that the Ruby Beads direct the heat to the tip of the Vapor Halogen Wand. Leaving the rest of the wand cool to the touch. Here are some pics and a video demo.

You would likely be better off having a few layers of beads right next to the bulb and removing all the others. That continuous high thermal transfer path will be robbing heat from where it is needed and moving it down (up?) the wand where it isn't much help. Just a thought.

Hello everyone, Here is a temp reading of the new Vapor Halogen Wand at 10 on the temp dial. The bulb area reaches 426 degrees Fahrenheit and the handle reaches 92 degrees Fahrenheit. The Ruby Beads in the handle below the light are there to keep the stainless steel wires from ever crossing. The wand has refined appearance with the wand filled with Ruby Beads. https://streamable.com/a9u111

Hello Vaporpurist, I have created something new and more compact into a 18MM male Borosilicate injector chamber by @VGOODIEZ vape store. The halogen injector chamber is filled with Ruby beads also for more heat retention. The 20 watt Osram halogen bulb heats the ruby beads giving pure convection heat over your herbs. I'm also using a 18MM Borosilicate injector chamber as a herb bowl to match the Vapor Halogen 18MM Borosilicate injector. Here is a video demo of my newest and improved Vapor Halogen 18MM Injector. https://streamable.com/6u6mwm

Hello Everyone, I have created another Vapor Halogen Log that is easier on the eyes. The exotic wood stays cool no matter how long you leave the Vapor Halogen Log on. Very safe to leave on as long as you need to. The 18MM halogen wand heater is loaded with 3MM ruby beads from @VGOODIEZ vape store. The ruby beads are the perfect size for my 18MM halogen wands. The vapour is smooth and very tasteful. The AVB is evenly roasted with no hot spotting. Here are some pictures and video demo. https://streamable.com/lu9hdd

Steampunk?

Whatever the look is, I like it. It looks magical. Also, when at home, I usually vape in low light. This might be kind of cool.

This keeps getting better and better. Great work.
Does it require a deep bowl (as in the latest vids), or would a 'normal' one work as well?
A normal 18mm bowl works just as well. Thank you for the kind words. All my creations are available, PM me if interested.

Hello Everyone out there f#ck'n combustion. I just built another halo log 🪵 and this time I added more air flow. There is absolutely no air restriction. The air path enters through the bottom of the halo log through a borosilicate glass tube that goes directly to the halogen heater. The halogen bulb connector is connected to 316 medical grade stainless steel wires that are insulated with borosilicate glass tubes. The 20 watt halogen bulb has a stainless steel inverted herb capsule over the bulb with a layer of rubies to retain heat. With the 20 watt halogen sitting at the tip of the 18mm heater, The heat is closer to the herb. With this halogen log you can use a power supply of your choice. I'm using a 12 volt 60watt 5amp max power supply with a light dimmer. I keep the power supply 9 to 10 volts. Here is my video demo. https://streamable.com/sepm05 https://streamable.com/jp4p2t

These looks awesome. I have an Ed’s TNT zebrawood highlighter sleeve. Would it be possible to have one of these placed in that sleeve? I’ve been wanting to find a better use for it. The HLT doesn’t sit well in it for long but it’s a beautiful piece of wood and already turned/drilled.

Also I may have missed this earlier but any idea what a base price range might be?

The sleeves are 1 1/4 in diameter inside the sleeve. PM if interested in any of my halo logs and prices. Thank you for the interest.
