Vapman

Same reasons I still don't have one. I've been thinking about an IH solution for the Vapman though and I don't think it'd be that difficult for the Click or the OG. An inductive metal shape placed inside the Wand with the right surface - flat for the Click to sit on and a conical sleeve similar to what's in the Station for the OG - should work.

A solid inductive metal cylinder could even work for both types of Vapman. One side flat for the Click to sit on and the other edge of the cylinder could have an inverted cone shape to handle the OG. If this small inductive metal could be secured with an insert inside the Wand then I'm pretty sure the Wand has enough power to heat them.
Someone proposed a tiny heater stand attached to a 510 mod which would be pretty awesome.

I hate to say it but I think it's somewhat absurd to have released the station followed up by a vape that won't work with it, but I assume the mission was to deliver the Click with its own issues worked out and perfected first, which I think they've pretty much done. Making it fit or work well together should be the next priority before it undermines Station sales. ("Why would I spend all that on a station when it only works for some Vapmans?")

But that said, I want to reiterate that the Click does work really well on the heating station, despite its 'incompatibility.' The results I get are the same as any Vapman that 'fits' properly, it's just more wiggling to get it seated well. Don't let the Station prevent you from trying a Click, or vice versa--they are not mutually exclusive.

Speaking of IHs, has anyone tried the @Camouflet Inductor with the click?
@Custom Flower Hardware did. But the video was deleted I think.
And It didn't worked at all. There was a tad of vapor because the mid section filter has been inducted and the bowl was full but that's it. The bowl can't be inducted anyway. It's copper.

Yeah that's a solid point. Getting fiddly things to work isn't so alien to most of the community here so good to know it does work.

A 510 mod would be pretty ideal since you have fine temp control similar to the Station. Fairly sure the Wand would work too but the timings would have to be learned. Might replace counting seconds with a torch with counting flashes of the Wand.

Greetings,

I love the honesty behind this post. I agree with what you are saying about the Station...the wave of the future is the CLICK...we love the bowl size and all of the other technical upgrades but, honestly am sad that it does not work with the Station. But, I know that there will be a nice solution soon...

I want my Station to work with the Click and with ALL VAPMANS...that is how much we all love it. The PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN....so INHALE, I love you please find us a solution soon.

Happy New Year to all!!!!!!!!!!!!

On this last day of the year, the good neurotic that I am, looked at his Vapman too closely....
it had been 3 weeks of daily use...
i needed to know what it looked like in terms of cleanliness / dirt behind the grids...

well, it was about time...
i'm going to try to do this once a week. it's really practical and fast. it's one of my favorite features!

tackling the Vapman... brought me to a mountain...
i had maintenance to do for my wooden vaporizers (wood polishing and metal polishing)... i was putting it off a bit...
fortunately the Vapman was ready because I had several hours of work... and several bowls of Vapman helped me!!

Edit: my best wishes to all for this year 2025. may we be able to see it as positively as possible!

I'm finding it needs cleaning quite often, if used daily. I'm personally cleaning 2x a week.

A little hack I've found that helps keep the midsection cleaner is putting a finer mesh screen between the stainless midsection liner and the stainless screen of the vapman. It helps keep almost all of the organic material out so the only thing that collects in the midsection is resin.

Make sure to cut it down so it sits within the outer raised lip of the midsection liner so the original coarser screen can sit on that liner's lip.

I'm having to clean mines every day. I'm doing around 5 full bowls a day.
I think it's the conduction element. Device just gets dirtier faster than a pure convection vape would. The upkeep is more than worth it for the performance imo, so it doesn't bother me. I'm just hoping mine lasts a whole week starting tomorrow as I'm traveling with it.

You don’t have to clean it, you’re just choosing to clean it (which is fine lol). You can literally never clean these things. I ligit haven’t cleaned my boxtree in like a year and a half and that thing has been through 100’s of bowls. I’m kinda tempted to take it apart and show you guys haha :freak:

I don’t have a wand. Do you really think the wand has enough power to heat up a solid metal piece? I’m having serious doubts. It struggles with half the metal vapes out there.

I was thinking coil/pid powered chunk of metal might work tho?

There’s a slight chance I’ll mess with this idea. I truly love using the torch tho. So it’s not a priority for me.

I get so many scooby snacks when using the click vs the og. Same herb same grind so annoying. Also I do not like the posts vs the screws. Definite downgrade.

How hard are you hauling on it when you take a hit? How fine is your grind? In my 2 months with the click I can’t say I remember getting scoobies even 1 time. Been using the medium bcg plate for everything.

Also, this is a matter of opinion of course, but how are the posts a downgrade? Taking the screws out was always a bit of a tedious process not to mention you need to be careful not to strip the holes when you put them back in. Once the holes are stripped it’s pretty much game over for the midsection. With the posts it now takes 2 seconds to be ready to clean, how is that a downgrade?

I just sip on it. No huffing. I use a coarse bcg and do a quick back and forth upside down to break it down a bit more. Or a micro herbripper when I’m on the go wich is as coarse as it can be for a 1.5” grinder.

If you are stripping the holes in the mid section that is a you problem. How is the mid section ruined at that point? Put a larger screw. Add a post in its place. Add your own new holes. And many more creative options if removing and installing two screws is too difficult for you.

I prefer things mechanically sound. Properly fixed. Bending thin metal over and over is not ideal. That’s how you become shit out of luck when one of those tabs breaks off. Having it sloppy which mine is, is not ideal. Sure it gets stuck with enough reclaim but mine has gotten stuck crooked and I have to finagle it into place again. Risking breaking it. When it’s clean it’s always rattling and sloppy. It’s never sitting clean and the tabs are never perfectly holding tight and straight like a screw achieves.

I can go on and on why a secured piece of equipment is better than a sloppy one. Imo it’s a downgrade.

Indeed, this does sound like a you problem 😂
