I think the consensus is that they run cool compared to previous models. While I think everyone mostly likes the outside being cooler, some high-temperature vapists were displeased.

Only had time for two ELBs but I can already say this Plus is hotter and hits better than the regular Cloud I also have (waiting on VXL to give me a return shipping slip). That said, my previous Cloud was hotter than the current regular one too, so I can't compare the Plus to my original Cloud.
If you try and hit it immediately after the light goes green (which seems *fast* compared to the regular cloud) you still need to draw for a little while to get vapor, but if you wait another 2-3 minutes after that it seems to milk up just like it should. "Big Cloud" hits can happen in under 5 seconds instead of taking longer like this regular cloud I have.
Guys regarding the ELBs not fitting, the ELBs shipped with the Plus seem to be exactly the same as the ones shipped with my original Cloud. I still have some of the original un-used ELBs and they fit fine in the Plus. My used ELB's are a loose fit but they don't fall out upside down. I'm pretty sure what's going on here is that used ELBs got a bit squeezed and shrunk after repeated use in the original cloud which did have a slightly smaller inner diameter (11.9mm ID for regular cloud, 12.05mm ID for cloud PLUS). Seems possible to "fluff" them back up by just putting a screw or something inside and rolling it around the top rim to push the mesh back out. No big deal everyone

Pretty sure the cold-running cloud plusses were chalked up to a fault in the assembly line, which has been corrected temporarily by putting them together by hand.
Please don't mistake my statement a criticism, It's anything but! Previously I never used the right half of the cloud's dial, now I may crank it to 3:00 if I'm feeling wacky. I still find the max temp too hot for me. If my cloud is defective, please don't fix it.
[edit]Also: Pretty darn sure every cloud is always gonna be assembled by hand... Are you guys honestly picturing some room full of robots?

Ictus - much props for your feedback! It has given me the confidence to pull the trigger! My biggest fear was a cool running Cloud but now that VX are hand assembling themselves, I feel confident that my experience will be as yours. I wanted to wait for the new website, but their current one works and the Evolver Circ is just dandy with me. With the FC discount of 8 extra free elbs, and a two year warranty on a Plus....now is the time! VX watch out for a new order this weekend! I can hardly wait.

It did take over a month to get back--but they have been pretty good about explaining delays. Not sure where the warranty stands though that question was not answered when posed.

I am going to be cloudless untill these ELB's come in. I'm glad I have the supreme vape at least to tie me over till the ELB's get here. Is anyone else having issues with the coupon code though? I put in VXLOVESFC and it didn't do anything? That is the code for the 8 free ELB's right?

My unit has been shipped out, should of been here today but it went through this mentally incompetent shit head detour(wtF). Tracking it, i see my package has gone from PA to another city in my state 400 miles away, now its again about 400 GNIKCUF miles away from me in the complete opposite direction in a different state.

Yes, VXLOVESFC works for 8 free ELBs, just add it in the notes section too as a reminder, as the code doesn't show confirmation.

I've only lost 2 ELB's since I got my cloud in August. However I have 18 in total (16 now) so each one is not used very quickly. I am interested in how you are breaking them so fast. For me I noticed that if I use a brush to clean the inside and push to hard against the bottom you can loosen it and cause it to separate over time.

The way this happened is that I bought my cloud during the promotion with 8 ELB's. I bought 4 extra because ... well I don't know why I bought four extra. I saw it was 30% of the cost for shipping if I ever needed to buy 4 again alone so I figured I would get it now. I thought I would have 12 total not realizing it comes with 2. I then had a warranty problem and Vapexhale threw in four just because which I thought was really nice. I have 16 functional ELB's now and I would actually get more. I find it a pain in the butt to have to dump and brush clean my ELBs before using it because I save my ABV. I just hate doing it one at a time. Some dust always falls out somewhere and I have to clean it up so I prefer to clean all 16 ELBs at one time. Plus about once a week before I go to work I soak them all in PBW in a jar and they come out sparkling when I dump it out. I have a very efficient process now for how I keep my glass and ELB's always clean with the least amount of work
I am still tweaking my process to find ways to get it clean with even less effort. I am still hunting for the perfect ELB brush. I need something that is not as wide as the ELB diameter but also has some soft bristles on the sides and more importantly the end of the brush so I can get the stuff at the bottom.

I'd say that if you try and hit it right after it turns green, you need to draw pretty steady for at least 5 seconds before any vapor starts. Not really saying this is a flaw, as of course it will take longer for the heat to spread out and warm up the glass stem a little. And yes it's still a huge improvement over any cloud I've used no matter how you look at it.
Did some 2-caps this morning and it worked out great.
At this point the only thing that remains to be seen for me is the long term reliability improvements.
I wonder if the lack of insulation material around the glass bamboo at the base was a purposeful change to allow more heat to escape out from the internals, instead of building up too much?
oh and lol@ the bullet belt. Love it... would be great for INH capsules too...
With two cloud buddies I bet you could easily run dual clouds....

Thanks Ictus, I just ordered my Evolver Circ package, dry tube, and extra 4 ELBs! 5 seconds is fuck all to get vapor after it goes green....I was thinking like 30+ or so. Now i'm really stoked! Went with the express shipping, so hope to have it by the end of next week or early the week after. Surely, i'll be back to report!

I haven't had an ELB fall apart, but I am getting some metal wire fraying at the bottom.
I had like 8 but then half were too tight & some others were lost. Down to 2.
