Had some long conversations with extractors today, the "pros" of my area and after several sessions over the course of weeks, this is the conclusion that we have come to as well. The first 85% of the inhale is pure ecstasy. The last 15% tastes bad. We hypothesize the last 15% is the plant material, wax, etc etc so we've gotten accustomed to just stopping when we notice the flavor changes for the worse. We still feel plenty medicated and don't feel that much is lost with this technique.

This was the conclusion I came to as well doing my own independent "research" No noticeable increase in effect after taking in the last 10% or so that taste bad, even with AAA quality concentrate it must be the "leftovers"

Anyway, yes... and, keep in mind, in my own side-by-side tests, that 78% of a tiny crumble dab hit me twice as hard, and lasted longer, than the (double sized) torch/Ti/oil rig dab. So... yeah, no contest here.

Speed of it is amazing, too. Wow.

......I have to really make myself do flowers....lot of work...for less of a head....

I've been concentrates-only for months now... the difference is subtle but you notice a more "full spectrum" high from flowers, some small aspect or sensation seems to be caused by a delicate or low temp chemical and is lost with concentrates I guess.

No question in my mind, flowers have a fuller high and maybe even are more therepudic/medically beneficial... but concentrates are just soo quick and easy

I have had an amazing 12 hours since my EVO returned home. It is truly working better than it has before. I'm sitting on noon almost all of the time now except for when I'm finishing off an ELB or self cleaning a nail. My favorite technique at the moment is having an ELB ready to hit when you have to wait for it to cool down from max after cleaning a VXNail. It sure makes that green light come quicker . Major props to team VapeXhale with another quick turnaround time!

I got my VapeXNails yesterday. I don't have any concentrate to use though. I will say it's probably good to have two of them, because it seems like they will break pretty easily. I mean I can't confirm that obviously, but they seem to be fragile. I also think they are a bit overpriced tbh, but they are the only ones who make it, so they can set whatever price they want. They probably should be more like $10 - $15 each.

Excited to try them though, although I probably won't be getting my concentrate for another few weeks or so.

..... excellent points mooney....people are very "problematic"....my observation has been that most of this phenomena occurs when there's an influx of "newbies"....(the international customers..)...and to a certain extent their behavior can be explained by a amount of growing/learning pains...this coupled with the anonymity the internet provides can create the environment you depicted...and many older/experienced posters "shy away" as they are not interested in that direction...seibo has demonstrated remarkeable patience and committment (and I told him so when I met him) perhaps because first and foremost he's doing something he really loves...there is value, peridically, in hearing voices like yours so he continues to understand that the vast majority aprreciate his works.
...no I've never had any issues with my unit....I do not believe a poll is needed...

You should be happy that new people are joining to discuss/share their experiences and opinions, especially regarding new products. We're all friends here really. Try not to take it personally, regardless of monetary or personal interest in this site.

Besides sending emails to vapexhale's support account, how is any new customer supposed to know what to expect? Isn't that what this thread is for?

TL;DR If you don't want new people/opinions on your forum, create your own; or charge for it like somethingawful.

Did you try anything that was really sandy/kiefy? I can't imagine kief itself would work well.

My tests has been done with Kief accumulated in the lower part of a 3 piece grinder (if it’s that the kind of Kief you’re talking about) and it worked pretty good.

My point is that the EVO is so powerful that you can throw pretty much anything in the nail, with proper temp. and it will vap with brio! That was my conclusion.

I've used kief a lot in the regular ELBs so I will definitely report back, after thorough testing, which one seems to work better.

The vapexnails looks very nifty, I just wish there wasn't such a high chance of combusting. For those of us who don't have one what method would be best to consume our concentrates ? I tried slathering some wax on the ELB cap and got OK results. I'm thinking of trying cotton but I'd rather not waste any medicine .

A few times I had success with Oils in the ELB, but more than 50% of the time it would seep between the creases and not fully vaporize. After enough frustration I ended up giving up.

You could place it on some bud and hope it evenly drips down the herbs. In my experience however, it seeps to one side and saturates the ELB screen. The ELB screen on the side doesn't seem to get hot enough to vape the oil residue.

I feel like the only time I've seen sustained success using Oils in the ELB is the cotton technique. Even then, apparently it's still wasteful like you said.

RE: VXN Combusting,
I feel like there's no chance of combusting now that I keep the temp @ about 12 o'clock.
The only times (twice) I've had an issue with the VXN, it was at 3 o'clock.

That was for the trade in option if you already owned a Cloud. For a first time buyer the IGG price was $350 for a unit with a dry mouthpiece.

I was a $500 IGG contributor, so that was $250/ Evo $250 on the nice HT. No matter how I look at it, it still seems like it was a great deal, certainly the best online campaign I've ever been a part of or even considered.

When I start adding up how much I spent on PAX, Iolite, accessories glass pipes, butane, lighters, Davinci, tubes, davinci doo dads etc... Easily $1,500-$2000 right? It's all on the shelf now, as much as I love the look of the Pax, and the cool design of the OG DV, and the sturdy canadian Arizer Solo, I ain't gonna lie. The Evo with the HT is just more fun to use.

The feedback I hear from the general pop is they just want to buy the Evo and want to know how much just the Evo is, when you go to the shop page, you get presented a bunch of options that will affect the overall price so it's just hard for me to say how much just the Evo is.

I use the pax as well mind sending me a dm as to how you pair it with your hydrotubes?

With regards to some of the other posts. I've had my evo since feb '14 and love it. My bamboo did break, but that was mine fault for getting moisture on it while it was still hot.

i dont have a xnail either, but i imagine you could lodge a nug above the airhole on the xnail to avoid combustion. that might taste pretty good. anyone try this?

I wouldn't do this. The nail gets super hot. You will most likely cause combustion is my guess.

I say turn dial all the way to left, turn on and wait until green, then lower a VXN with a pea-sized nug of bud in and inhale.

If it doesn't combust you might just

Nope, I'm just saying I'm not doing it. By all means, I would love to see someone else's results, but I had the thing at 3 (granted), and I put the nail in and took it right out, and it was very very very very hot. Seeing as how the nail is closer to the "core" temperature, I'm pretty sure that core temperature is above 500 degrees. Again, that's an assumption, I would have no idea, other than I know the core gets WAY hotter than I thought when they told me. Also, if you put the stuff in the nail, it will just fly up into the Hydratube and be disgusting.
