wow I really cant believe ima say this but I tried an atmos little bullet cart 'ten bks from the cig shop' hooked it up to the persei via 510 adapter loaded it up and is awesome!
I got it (a) because it was cheap, (b) because it reminded me of the herc with a ceramic rod in middle which is hollow and is used at airflute. it has nicrome wire wrapped around it.-yes this is def where it differs from the herc. but another company with same design not skyda or vapor x which directly bought gs design. is claiming "best cart for oil ever made" no solder, no silica wick, no polyfill, just pure flave lol. idk about that herc whipps its ass BUT it is great so far! holds a decent .4 and is flash vape but it keeps the flav after dozens and dozens of ripps and looks just like a short omi cart that doesn't need a meltdown to load in. I maybe going on a limb here but its so nice at the moment id be willing to call it The SON of Hercules. would love to see some kind of design like this from w9 it would be awesome! make it with quality materials medical grade and tweek the design a bit it could be a great line for the omi or lites or even persei for those who don't have the funds to purchase the herc

I got my Persei last week after trying a friends and ran into a problem today. After charging my 18650 Battery and putting it back into the Persei the blue light on the top was illuminated without a cart and the button not being pressed. When I put a cart on it the light turns off and it appears to function normally, does the same thing with the 2x 18350's too. I'm currently using the other top with the 2 cart function and it's working great.
Is there anything I should try to troubleshoot this and alternatively who would I get a replacement from?

Did you get yours new? If so I'm sure you can get your heads replaced. You're putting the batteries in the right way right?

I did get some new oil!
CO2 HYBRYD OIL with a 2.4 cart on a SHORTY PERSEI BODY AW 18350.
I quit making SHATTER until I work a few kinks out!
In the meantime CO2 OIL taste pretty PURE!
The SS KIT longer tube with 2 x 18350's for 5.0 carts.
1 x 18350 I use in a SS KIT SHORTY 2.4 cart!

So in your opinion how many should i buy? And Mr.THC would it be possible to add coils to may purchace since it wont be shipped out for a while?
I hope you understand the Ti coils for the Hercules is different from the Kiss using a Ti heater.
As for adding we have to cancel orders to add stuff.

Is it possible to add a ptfe bushing for bottom insulator to an order? I'm not seeing it yet.

No thanks man I love my sr71. I just need the white bushing for the bottom insulator. If its orderable of course. Otherwise ill wait til it completely malforms.

Yea I bought it from PlanetVape.ca and the batteries are 100% in the correct way. Now the double cart head is acting funny also... I switched to the 2x18350's for my 7.4v kiss cart and something went terribly wrong. It smells like electrical burning and the light won't turn off at all on that one now. So confused

Your heads fried. It happened to mine and W9Tech was super cool about getting me setup with new upgraded tops. Fill out a support ticket on the website and they'll get you setup. I know it sucks but the good news is this company is awesome about taking care of their customers and the new tops are solid.

I don't think I cranked it flush with the head, I thought I stopped when I met resistance on the threads. I very well could have though, I take it this is what happens when you do that?
It does not say Persei under the button, it's blank.

@chu9001 Yup. You have an old style head so I'm 99% sure you shorted the head by screwing the cart in too far.
Look at it like a silver lining, UP Tech should warranty your top and replace it with an updated unit that has built in protection against issues like this. Go put in a help ticket on their website.

Kiss cart was great! Still going strong, I just like it more discreet on my omi2.5 shorty. Now with some nibbler x action too !
