I woke up in Hell this morning!!! fuck!!!
I've had this happen several times. I often use a dental tool as a dabber. I used it to slowly pull the cap out and it was no problem.

THC, any idea when the Clearance sale is supposed to start? Im contemplating placing an order soon, but I want to wait to make sure nothing is going on sale that Im ordering!
OF, good idea. I would suggest doing something similiar. The PTFE is pretty soft. I know a needle can go into it easily. Maybe using a reformed fish hook or needle to get it up into the center hole then hook into the material and use a chopstick/bamboo skewer to straighten it out before pulling down? Or if you could somehow manage to cut the O-Ring without it getting lost even deeper in the Nibbler then you could fish out the mouthpiece and the o-ring separately. Hope it works out for you.
Im still lost as to how this happened? Did you unscrew the herc from your persei with the nibble attached? I never do ANYTHING before removing the nibbler. Especially after breaking one and having to replace it.
My nibbler cap on the herc always rips off when I pull it down out the herc and I only remove with gentle wiggling but the threads don't lock in. I find myself re screwing the top cap several times before it becomes fully removed.
My plans after work is to use a paperclip with a hook on it to pull out the o ring then use the body of the herc on my pinky finger and try screw it on and pull it out using my finger as a extension.

i would I love the chrome! if u already have a persei then id keep it unused maybe in a year itl b a collectors item lol plus u get the double top sad about new kits not having them two eo at once is a very effective way of medicating
Just be careful and take your time. Im sure youll get it. As for the top cap pulling off....that must mean your threads are stripped? Youre saying if you pull on it, you can pull the top cap that comes with the nibbler straight off without unscrewing it? Sounds like you need to get a replacement herc insulator tube if thats the case cause it definitely shouldn't be happening like that.

I bought that chrome kit from him a little over a week ago ... works fine but it's the old style head. If short protection really worries you this one doesn't have it which is not a big deal if you're not a Murph. He accepted my offer of $70 almost immediately so maybe try offering him $60?

Heat your cart with some heat to run the oil down the cart or maybe you over filled?
I load my carts no more than 0.7 gram when I'm down to 0.2 gram I load 0.25 - 0.30 at a time.

I wouldn't subscribe to that theory. Did you read the Vaporpedia FAQ? It has some very useful tips and tricks to prevent and solve issues like this.

i third the air bubble. Take a bic and heat one side of the cart from the middle up, be careful not to overheat. After you've heated one side for a bit rotate the cart and heat it all the way around not lower than the middle or so. That usually clears it up for me.

...Damn missed the USPS drop off today and now my order is at the post office. Oh well, I guess tomorrow I'll finally get to try the KISS carts!

5ohm r so fast and powerfull but I love em like the posts all claim it really helps to start with a 2.4ohm and then 1.5 then when absolutely mastered the 5. I really believethe old kits should have came with a 2.4 and a 5 not just two 5ohm carts for someone who just purchased one for their first time but it states don't use without expeiance or something like that I remember but still felt a 2.4 would give a much better success rate for beginners into the great world of persei
