oh how i love getting an e-mail titled Resolved Ticket.
i guess that is the only response i'm getting
What's your ticket number? Tickets are closed for 3 reasons -
1. Problem's been worked through: question answered, device repaired and returned to you, etc.
2. 5 or more days have passed since the last response to the ticket, in which case I'll close it due to inactivity. Sometimes people reply to emails sent from
support@livehelpnow.com and since they didn't actually respond to the ticket the next email they get is a ticket closure due to inactivity. This one's really easy to fix: Just add a comment to the ticket, it will bump to the top of my queue, and we can move on to the next step.
3. I made a mistake and erroneously closed a ticket that's unresolved. In this case, it's just as easy to fix: Just click the link in the email, Add a Comment to the ticket letting me know I messed up and you still need help. The ticket will bump to the top of my queue and we'll be back in touch.
