I don't think there's any risk of using it upside on the WPA
That's how I used it, but the mighty was one I didn't really use on water
It wasn't great at it and produced thin clouds
I preferred it dry - most vapes I use on water, but not when I had the mighty

Really depends on your needs and vaping style mate
I can't tell which will suit you specifically as they all work a bit different
DV are good vapes though, I prefer the with an IH myself - the wand is my go to

I use it upside down with WPA often enough, and I haven’t noticed any issues.

Many people use inverted vaporisers on water, I am very sceptical about that. It is simple physics hot air is way less dense than cold air so it will naturaly flow to the inside of the vaporiser and as such may eventually overheat parts that were not supposed to be overheated in the projected use of the device. I do not do that !

By 'whip style wpa' are you talking about a whip that connects to the Mighty cooling unit, then on to something that connects to water piece? If so, consider that there is loss of vapor to condensation in such a circuit. A wpa that can connect directly to your Mighty (cooling unit removed) and to water piece will be more effective at delivering vapor to you.
The concern about inverted use may be valid, but not so much for heat as for possible vapor going back up the airpath and condensing in there or somewhere around the electronics.
I might suggest to not leave it inverted for whole session, just during hits.

yeah, I see the vapor come back out too. I make sure the water level goes back to normal before putting it back in, didn't even think about hot air going back in and hurting the device?
I was just curious if there was a benefit to using an adapter over the whip with the adapter, better air flow? if i use a whip, ill get one of those adapters with the carb hole from sneaky pete.

but the user, inhaler, creates forced convection that is way stronger than the natural convection if you leave your vape upside down and then the hot vapor will go up...so the vapor will move in the opposite direction to the natural convection....

Even then the back of the chamber will not feel the pull and after the pull the heat goes where it has to go, so does vapour, further more heated vapour. Anyway, in practise may not be that bad for the equipment, but I just do not do it exept if the vaporiser has the heating chamber on the lower part of the unit.

Yes pulling through straight glass and no whip is better flow.
You can actually just buy a 10mm male to 14mm male standard glass adapter for $8. The 10mm side fits nice into the cooling units hole (remove the mouth piece of course) and your ready to rip a 14mm bubbler.
This removes any issues with the plastic breaking on your Might with those 3rd party adapters.

I'm amazed that with a 600+ page knowledge base these simple questions bubble up (no pun intended!) over and over again.
And let me preface by saying there are lots of vapes that will hit harder (through water/bubbler, etc) than Mighty.
Hands down the best wpa ever was/is the diy muzzmod, I will once again praise @elmomuzz's ingenuity. But I won't re-hash it (google it!). You gotta make your own and it takes some skills. It pre-dates any wpa that has come to market. Available mods now make it pretty much obsolete, but they are not any better.
The Delta3dstudios V3 wpa is made of all flexible material and will not hurt the Mighty's plastic mounting area. Buy this one.
I give @vapeape77 points for creativity; a simple, pretty good idea and adaptation, and 'all glass'. But it still uses the stock cooling unit.
The cooling unit is a condensation factory. Cooling=Condensation when vapor is involved. Any vapor condensed and left sticky and never reaching your mouth is basically an inefficiency; a waste.
The Delta3d adapter will give you very open airflow, as will the glass adapters that have a plastic mounting sleeve (but with those you do need to consciously avoid over-tightening).
I stopped using any water in the bubblers, etc a couple of years ago. I get sufficient cooling and 'conditioning'(?) through some circuitous glass piece (even a j-hook). Water will likely rob flavor and sometimes even increase draw resistance.
Mostly I use an in-line (straight) bubbler, dry.
For travel we are back to using the stock c/u; it does work.

It will also reset the timer when it detects a hit taken. Sometimes you have to hit it quite a while for the temp to drop enough to trigger the reset though.

Finally got a Mighty last month. POTV had lightly used for $208, and that did it. I like the dosing capsules, and am trying to decide if I should get the filler so I can fill 40 at once. Seems like it would save time.

I removed the top screen in the mighty as I only used dosing caps
Better airflow and less clogging
I also enjoyed a glass MP for it, was nicer feel on the lips

The OG. That's where the deal was, and I am all about the Good Deal.
I couldn't be more pleased with my Mighty. It feels like I'm a bit late on this one, but I'm catching up. The Mighty is a nice one for sitting on the porch.
My last year was more about glass and grinders than vapes, then all of a sudden VAS hit again. Something about getting excited over one vape makes me think I want them all. That, or the Good Deals seem to show up at once.

I went for a new OG last year around this time, didn't want any new product uncertainties with the +. It was a replacement for a 5 yr old that finally bit the dust, and still has a time/place in our rotation, along with some of the best!
