it's not a big deal to use the Mighty without this screen, with dosing capsule i dont use it.

But maybe, are you looking for a new cooling unit for the crafty ?!

Thanks guys, no, the cooling unit is fine, i lost this 'metalic' net..and without I cant wape as before...
Could it be this https://www.storz-bickel.com/eu/en/store/acc/liquid-pad-set-for-dosing-capsules.html

?

That are the screens you lost:

https://www.storz-bickel.com/eu/en/store/mighty-coarse-screen-set.html

you could also take this set with both types of screens (in the cooling unit and at the bottom of the bowl):

https://www.storz-bickel.com/eu/en/store/mighty-screen-set.html

You can find all the stuff when you browse "all products" in the store.

Have a great day!

Thats exactly it...thank you so much my man, to you and the rest of the crew!
Peace
If you have a spare "finer" screen, like what's in the bottom of the oven, that also fits and can be used in the cooling unit (CU). Many of us make that change intentionally because it helps keep the CU a little cleaner. If bought new, I think it comes with some spares so you don't have to wait.

I did that trick as well, iam so much using my bubbler these time that imade no much try with the smaller screen on the CU, do you think it does change the airflow much?

For real! Tried many times to switch over to smoking pure but it just would not do it. Mighty vapor did tho! Big time. Nothing but advantages and definitely worth every cent. Health, the almost total lack of smell are to me the majors!
I use capsules religously and load 40 at a time mostly. I block holes with some paper if needed. Find 8gr ok for around 0.2 per cap to do quite nicely and ties well with local prices!
Only vape I know with effect compared to a hitting J (Im wondering about the woody milaana),
What do you mean by block the holes with paper.
Im not sure if I was just greedy but I always packed the cap fully with about 0,4 0,5 maybe :D untill the top was coming down because of the herb pushing it :D
I liked little draw resistance and thick clouds:)

Im wondering now, who holds the record of most RMAs possible? :D

Damn! 0.4-0.5 in a cap!! is that even physically possible?? lol. I love a packed cap too but I havent weighed a full custom filled one in a while. Got a marvelous strain right now I have been packing cap by cap the last few days and it gives off the sweetest clouds. Been craming them and they last a long time!
I meant block some of the hole of the filling tray if I am packing less than 8gr (least I use for 40 caps)

not sure, maybe just that stuff I bought was messed up in some kind of way ( sprayed sugar or codeine or whatever they use to increase weight of the bud) What is the name of the strain ?:) good for you and Im glad that you enjoy it, I love to use the avb for coco infused oil for salve. If you pack it with normal paper at what temp you vape? I would be concerned about the bleach and other nasty chemicals leaching from the paper, and ofcourse most importantly messed up taste
What a good economic way to use 8g better than few bowls or few Js

Apologies for spamming everyone, does anybody with Glass mouthpiece lost their silicone ring ? and if yes were you able to fix it? replace it? what size of silicone tubing did you used?
Thank you, you who are reading this :D !

He's not putting paper in the oven. He's using it to cover holes in the fixture that helps him fill dosing capsules.
Ah I overlooked he mentioned tray, feels dumb right now lol :D , vapviking you are on of the OG members here, I remember you when I first got here, do you have any tips with that glass mouthpiece silicon little sleeve? Do you have experience or know someone who have experienceh with that? Thank you

Gee, lots of members have been here far longer than me!
I've never used one of those glass mouthpieces, so I don't know about a ring for it. But, seems to me that by the time you buy a length of med. grade tubing and shipping costs you might just as well approach the seller of the glass m.p. and buy a few o-rings of the proper fit. Wouldn't they typically last pretty long?

i lost this 'metalic' net..

Sounds like you mean the mesh pad (liquid pad) as it's called.

A new dimension is awaiting exploration. Get on with it!
I assume that by 'glass' you mean 'water', right?

So.... the V3 water adapter works great! it's a perfect seal, tight and secure, just spot on. Exploring different temps, it's possible I like dry vaping better... but wow...

Hi guys,

So that dreaded day has come, when I have had to start a RMA for my Mighty.

I have read very positive and very negative experiences from folks interactions with customer service at S&B, so I wanted to share my experience until now, and pose some questions:

- Finding the link for an RMA was not easy, first I was drafting this email to "info@S&B..." until I remembered I had seen (in this forum) a link to the place I was looking for

- They got back to me pretty quickly (8hrs), which is a good thing, but maybe too quickly, as some of the info they sent me is not relevant (e.g. Please declare the value of the device as less than $100 USD
and clearly indicate it as a "Temporary return for repair service" --> Irrelevant because I'm in the EU, and they know it coz I had to indicate my country of residence. )

Now for the question: Aren't they supposed to send me a return label with free shipping? Is this by law or by their good will? Coz they did not include any.

Cheers!

In my experience you have to pay for shipping it to them. They are telling you to declare the amount as less than $100 USD do they don't get charged duty and taxes. Also declare it as a warranty repair to avoid duty and taxes. Just convert $100USD to euros if that is your currency.

The mighty needs it`s own RMA thread, I can`t believe people keep patronising S&B by purchasing this to start with. If people with too much money to spare would stop buying and recommending this unit, S&B might get off their lazy asses and fix all the problems once and for all.
I cannot believe people actually purchase a spare because the know they will be sending their current unit back for repair sooner or later.(Don`t bother telling me how good it tastes is a reason to have a spare because all the problems would soon leave a bad taste in my mouth)
I can understand people doing that with the Vivant Alternate but not with something so over priced like the Mighty.
We know they can make a bullet proof products if they want to, look at the Plenty and Volcano.

I f you write back and ask specifically for a shipping coupon, there's a good chance they will email one to you. They've done it for me in the US, even though their information pages say it's not their responsibility.
I think the other things they said about duty and purpose are more generic, included every time they respond to an RMA request. If those don't apply to you, ignore them.
Good luck!

Maybe you've had some bad experience with S&B, sorry to hear it if you have.
Lots of folks here report stellar customer service experiences, and say that the level of service justifies paying a little more for the product. I agree with that sentiment, and I certainly don't have, "too much money to spare."
I've had the same Mighty for over 3 years of flawless operation, at times very heavy use. On the other hand, I did go through several Crafty's before this, and I think that one could use some improvements.

Imo the Mighty is reliable. Many of the issues were in earlier units that had the casing crack or come apart. Obviously in a forum about the Mighty you will get people who come here just to complain about their rma. The people with a perfectly working unit aren't coming here to tell us their unit is working good.

@LesPlenty Only top notch experiences with their customer service for me. And my mighty had no problem in more than three years. As said @jdent3 , only unhappy people will complaint on the web, you don’t see the huge majority of satisfied people.
Edit: in comparison, the only other vape I have is an omnivap and I received a defective titanium tip. Dynavap customer service didn’t accept an exchange (I bought it directly from their website)...
