this is how a mighty looks that is not beeing used with capsules ;)

Yeah, even i 'm using caps since some months, i still use sometimes the big bowl for big result xD. I find my bowl not so dirty after 1.5years of heavy use (4-5 times/day)

@Razshiro, for that problem I think you'll get a replacement under warranty.

Open bet :D , i've hope for a new unit ...

what do you do for cleaning?
I mean sending a used mighty for RMA with your address on the package... is it a risk ?

ISO 99.9%, that's all i can do xD, i sent 5 crafty for rma and never had any problem with customs .... finger crossed, but yeah in my country , customs can be very annoying (they already throw some seeds ordered in spain or netherlands...)

Not at all. You don't send the cooling unit, and you take the screen out of the bowl. At that point, an iso clean is all that is necessary. (You hold the Mighty upside down while doing that so that no iso gets in the holes.)

Suppose I should clean?...

I love this machine. All day every day. Capsules uber alles.

Is the warranty still valid?

Same , keep us updated plz about this RMA ^^

I have my mighty since 1.5 years now (after 6 Crafty RMA), i bought mine directly from S&B Germany and i would like to open RMA for "housing" issue too. Do you think they will only change the "housing" or sent me back a new Mighty?

Here my issue:

Hey,

I've opened RMA yesterday and have the first answer today; my RMA has been approved !! but i don't know what they re planning to do (repair/replace?), "Please understand that we can only estimate the damage and the repair or replacement costs that result from it after we have analyzed the device."

I've asked for an UPS prepaid return label but they can't do that at the moment,"We are sorry but at the moment we are not able to provide our customers with prepaid return label for technical reasons." shit i need to pay the shipping cost, first time happen with S&B RMA ...:(

wait & see ... in progress ...

I'm about a week ahead of you. Same scenario. Same response. Next was an email saying it's been received, will get to it in 2-4 business days.

And the next email- was a notice that it's been shipped! No response to repair/replace at all!
It's arriving Thursday... we'll see...

@Razshiro I assume you're using their Euro site? So, like $15 to ship from Tuttlingen to your town?

Kind of wish they would have given me an option to replace my scratchy bowl, but maybe that would have been considered a new vaporizer.

So all I paid was shipping! They replaced the body, cleaned, serviced and shipped back to me no charge. Plus gave me a new CU, that's like $18 right there! All for free after warranty! Also, I now have boost mode and the staggered vibrations before shutoff. Other than the bowl, feels like a new unit. Updated screen. How could you not love S&B?

Came to read about grinders; fucked combustion
I don't know if it's my lack of feeling or Mighty's weak vibrations, but I can barely feel the vibrations even when I know they're about to happen. I feel like the vibrations ought to be stronger and have a random pattern that gets your attention. Maybe even some beeps.

In fact, I'd rather not have to worry about the damn auto shutoff for 10 minutes.

I sent my Mighty in because the batteries have gone to hell. I'd be lucky to get 4 sessions out of a charge.

Today Storz replied to the RMA that my device tests normal and everything is fine.
Not happy.

How old is your mighty. Mine is 1 year now and I've used it like no other. At least 10 caps a day. And I hate to say it but the batteries ain't having it. Kind of like yours. Maybe 5 bowls if I'm lucky. Not a kick in the balls but I notice them diminishing. Still have to praise my mighty and say that it is one of the best things that has happened to me.

Hey @Bomb33 , I'm thinking of buying a Mighty and needed some answers from you or any Mighty Maniac thats out there. After owning one for a year , after all the things that have transpired , would you buy one today and why? Do you think the majority of owners use the capsules and would the S&B loading tool work
with the capsules? Thanks to whomever replies.

Look at my sig, the Mighty for me is the best session vape, since 3 years now ... I've used the capsules because it's more convenient and leave the mighty bowl clean. I don't use the loading tool provided with the caps holder, i prefer fill the caps in my grinders and tamp a bit with my finger, work great ^^.
