The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

If the new Mighty's only last for 3 bowls, that would be the same as the crafty, so how is that even possible?

That does seem a little strange considering I get 3-4 bowls from my crafty and only use the four middle bars (out of six) but...my sessions are crazy fast so maybe the people getting 3 bowls spend 20 mins on each  time spent to finish a bowl can vary the results by quite a bit.

s&b claim 10 bowls for mighty and 5 for crafty on their site...

The Mighty and Crafty are over-priced and under designed.

I get 6 to 11 sessions from a full charge on my Mighty. I typically start at 370F then 385F then finish at 400 F. Excellent vapor production , quality build and overall top notch performance. The Mighty has exceeded my expectations in every way

Got my Mighty today! It came fully charged. I have done a few burn offs and four bowls (had 4 different strains so had to try them all right!) my battery is at three bars now. I have been starting at 190 then bumping up to 200.

So far this thing is pretty damn beastly and a lot easier to use than I thought.

You guys are killing me! @Stinky this is the thing!!!! Even with any kind of issues (although honestly, ARE there any REAL issues with the MIGHTY??) I cannot get this vaporizer out of my mind. Now i'm confident based on @Chill Dude and @whatitdew battery reports as that is in line with my experience.

@CL52613 I do empathize with your situation and have read your posts in both threads and I think you have made your point loud and clear a few times now.... perhaps you just got a bad Mighty? Your battery experience is not common (maybe only 2-3 reports in this thread?) although i've seen a motif here about a "different" firmware that "manages" the battery in a different way, but only 3 bowls would IMO mean that one of the battery cells is dead and the other still working? Not sure, because 3-4 bowls is what a New Crafty should do, and 6+ for a new Mighty.

I'm so stoked to order from Puffitup. Even in Canada, paying 34 cents more on every one of your dollars, it's STILL worth it for me.....what a deal!

Yeah bro, I was wondering the same thing....until recently.... I have discovered that holding in my hits gets me much more medicated, and ever since I started receiving my new meds, the vapour is so smooth that I feel like I can hold it forever, and I do.... and the result is exhaling very little! That's efficiency!

Apparently exhaled vapour is wasted vapour? That cooling unit on the Mighty just smoothes things out SO much too! But yeah bro, the Mighty is a CLOUD MAKER big time!

Agree. Good choice!
Go for it, again!

I do hold the vapour in for about five seconds, that could be the difference in my case. I completely forgot that I did that. Sorry if I misled anyone.

I think CL5 said he was returning his unit as he thought it was defective. It will be interesting to see the results with the replacement.

I recently returned my mighty because the vibration wasn't working and did not get to temp. I purchased last year in December. I was given a prepaid postage label and sent it in. They claimed that all my problems were due to battery failure and sent me an invoice for about $90. I refused and told them just to fix my vibration issue and update the firmware and housing.

They returned a mighty in the same box I sent, with a note saying that they cleaned my mighty and updated housing/firmware but that it was the SAME MIGHTY. However, I had a gut feeling it was brand new. And I think I'm correct. For my battery issues, it wasn't that I only got 3 bowls compared to 6-7, but never got to temp after fully charged. I like to go straight to 410, but my battery issues caused it to only get to 407 and slowly vapor diminished.

My returned mighty is nice, no vibration issues. Plus 2 quick sessions (5 minutes each) and the battery indicator is still full. Only after my third session did it drop one bar. I am pleased that S&B gave me a new unit, since I did pay the full $469. If they didn't update my batteries, I planned to use it as a plug-in.

Edit.

is Puffitup running a special on these? any Blackfriday deals for a Mighty or Crafty?

FC Members get better pricing than any "specials". PM Randy @ Puffitup and you'll see :)

If anyone is looking for a mighty deal they are 20 percent off at the vape life store !

I think Randy has it beat!

Not sure what to think of this, but at least they sent a new Mighty! Good on you for sticking up for yourself! My previous Mighty's had hit and miss vibration and starting pulling the same temp stunt as yours (hovering but not quite reaching temp), so now i'm starting to wonder if those batteries were starting to degrade. I still received many sessions per charge, but obviously it wasn't like new. What never did change was the heatup time, always around a minute or so.

I love the idea that if you don't wanna shell the cash, just use it as an AMAZING desktop! I can almost see the use for 2 Mighty's again (this time both MINE, wife can get her own!) Use one for desktop and one for portability!

But now my mental illness has me debating a CRAFTY as well? Or is a 2nd Mighty more suitable?
..................................................
IMO, much better choice to get a second Mighty UNLESS you really need a super stealth unit like the Crafty. Crafty seems to have many more problems/warranty replacements vs the Mighty.
And don't you really want twice the battery power anyhow----you know you do :)

Thanks for the detailed report. Really an interesting work-around, the,"this is your original..." explanation. Some kinda legal sidestep, though definitely in the right direction. They're not saying that you 'deserve' a new one, 'cause, come on, the batteries ain't covered. But they can be really, really nice and keep our customer happy by 'cleaning' it! ;)

Ya thanks bro, I know..... I guess that's the decision i'm having a hard time with now, do I really NEED that super stealth? I was planning on ONLY using the Crafty as an occasional out and about super stealth, because I know i'll only get 3 bowls max out of the battery (maybe 2 with my usage), and the Mighty at home or where I don't need as much stealth.

With the newest Mighty's and the latest firmware, is it reasonable to expect 6 sessions of a fully loaded bowl (.25-.3ish) at about 185c?

Yes. I have a new model Mighty that will do 6-8 sessions per charge (considering my usage). If your sessions are twice as long as mine... :)

Now, this is my second new model Mighty. I believe I had one with 1 of the 2 batteries failed as it lasted way less than it should have and actually charged in half the time it should have taken. :D

Welcome to FC @electrofunk and the MIGHTY! If you've never purchased from PIU before, you are about to embark on a lifelong relationship that you will appreciate forever! Gotta give FC love for bringing us amazing supporting retailers!!!:clap:

Thanks @BioSector for confirming what I thought was true! Looks like there will be a Mighty in my hands soon! (Decided to pass on the Crafty, battery life ok, it's the eventual long heatup time that would kill me).

So I purchased a counterfeit Mighty off of ebay last week, but was luckily able to get my money back. I'm now in the market for a REAL Mighty and have PM'd Randy @PuffItUp. I hope Randy can hook me up!
Make sure you get the fc discount unless he's doing even more for the holiday!

So, I'm actually on ~ 0.18g per day. Just put a 0.01g bit into the mighty several times a day and as soon as Im out of green Material, I reclaim with a Q-tip. this stuff lasts for an all day slightly medication and It's dope.

Now I only need a kitchen safe to get me from having those mini hits all day to only after noon or something as well as a scale that goes like 0.005 or 0.01 at least...

Love My Mighty
