A flat surface like a mini screw driver or dab tool, a paper clip would scratch the plastic and you don't want that in your dab...the BEST option is to reclaim it, but that takes patiencehow can I best scoop off the sticky oil from the cooling unit to vape it?

Finally pulled the trigger after reading through this thread, it will be here friday
A lot of information to digest on here but I was wondering if it could be used as a desktop unit without damaging battery life? Best way to utilize concentrate pad for wax/shatter? Bowl holds about .3-.4? Best grind? Thanks guys for any info, based on reading this thread I am going to be pleased.
A coarser grind will eliminate the need for the liquid pad and keep your cooling unit cleaner. The fine grind is best in my opinion. I always use the liquid pad.
I've found that the liquid pad eliminates practically 100% of any potential abv/abv dust/particles etc..I use it every time whether I'm using concentrates or not(usually I'm not )A coarser grind will eliminate the need for the liquid pad and keep your cooling unit cleaner.
I find it imparts a taste to my flowers that is unnecessary. Also, just lightly tamping the load with the provided tool keeps it in place anyways. I have never had a problem with particles up in the cooling unit ever.I've found that the liquid pad eliminates practically 100% of any potential abv/abv dust/particles etc..I use it every time whether I'm using concentrates or not(usually I'm not )

They lied to you...but then again we may be missing outI saw someone said they put the liquid pad thingy, or whatever its called, into the bowl first and then herb on TOP of it and then vape it.
You must have magic bud then because when I clean my CU there is always herb dust mixed resin in the chamber underneath the screen (no matter grind)I find it imparts a taste to my flowers that is unnecessary. The shred is the new grind and yes, the particulate is minimal, not enough to worry about so no need for a screen either.(no matter grind)
best temperatures for concentrates?

I am exactly the same. I used it about 5 times and the taste became horrible.

For me personally...anywhere between 380°f and 400°fbest temperatures for concentrates?

shredder card?
I would like to know as well. Only used it plugged in once since I'm still not sure if it wears the battery down.I think i'm getting better performance using the Mighty plugged in. Like the Crafty, it charges on and off as you use it. I'm now starting to wonder, instead of hurting the battery, perhaps the a/c power takes some strain off of the battery?
