December 2015 SS Pre-order here, but I decided to bite the bullet and get it through VapeFiend. I was going to switch my SS to a TI with Hopper Labs, but I didn't want to adjust my place in line. I was able to pick up the TI GH with the warranty for $295 tax and shipping included which is 207 British Pounds.
Price on their website is 249 Pounds, but thats the price with VAT (no not VAS) tax included which Americans do not need to pay. (unless we have a President Cruz who has announced he will implement a VAT tax, although not call it that)
I have heard a lot of people talking about how they are really "jacking" the prices, but I see $80 as a modest return for the investment for the owner of VF who waited so long for the units to be delivered. For me, $80 is nothing compared to skipping another 6-8 month wait as December 2014 preorders have not shipped, let alone December 2015.
A little over 5-7 biz days for shipping. I meant to add express shipping, but their were only 10 orders available and it wouldn't let me add it so I just took what was available so I didn't lose the order.
I will put up my daily observations for a week or so after I get it!
Good Doctor!
I have learned a lot from you through this process. From the updates to mods to do it yourself cases. Your on point and I know we all appreciate it.
Did you get a leather sleeve? If you did, did you not think it was adequate protection? Or are you just satisfied with a do it yourself carry solution?
Edit: I understand you don't like the standard case because you use a number of Mods that don't fit in the leather sleeve, Duh
I apologize for the B2B post!

Hello all!
I'm back again with another DIY tip! This is a good one!
After having no luck being able to put my hopper in my leather case with the session extender or the super thin silicone E-cig condom mod I decided it was time to make a case for my hopper.
This is super easy to do and will only cost you $1.65 and a few minutes of your time.
I went to a cigar shop and picked up a cigar in a plastic tube for just $1.65.
Here is a pick of what I'm talking about.
I used a razor blade (a hobby knife would have been ideal) and a pair of needle nose pliers. I had to cut the center of the lid for the clicker to fit into. The inside of the lid was just a plastic X.
The hopper does not fit in the cigar tube centered because of the clip. All you need to do is twist one of the plastic partitions on the cap and the clicker fits nicely into the cap.
The Hopper fits in there perfectly and the clicker is safe from an accidental turn on. It doesn't rattle and it's water proof, I would say water resistant though to be safe. I stuck the tube in water withe the cigar and it did not get wet.
A water resistant protective grasshopper case that is inconspicuous and it fits in very nicely for $1.65!
If you trim the whole inside of the cap the hopper can fit with the session extender, they also had slightly larger cigar tubes (approximately 1" longer) for $1.79. They also have metal cigar tubes but I thought the plastic ones would serve the purpose better.
I know it's not super fancy but it works, it's cheap, and keeps your hopper looking great and dry!
This should help everyone that has been waiting for the stainless case! Or at least tide you over!
