Most, if not all, of my current batteries are still performing fine. I guess I'll have to replace them at some point, or at least benefit from a new bunch. The SS case isn't of much interest to me, I thought it looked nice but mainly bought it as support for HL. I have two hoppers and use a RYOT case with activated charcoal infused casing, fits all my batteries, my grinder, bunch of weed containers, stoker, brush, silicone etc.

I will still appreciate hearing how you fare with your other GHB2s, but I feel pretty sure I'd prefer them to the case even if I end up having a stupid amount of batteries, that's better than a stupid amount of cases

I'll be interested to hear how others find these new model batteries too

Are you sure they are really a v2? I recently received a new battery as a bonus from my last warranty service, doesn't seem to be any different than the ones I had before... They're all fine, 1-3 bowls depending on use, maaaaybe 4 if they're one hitter bowls... But yeah I dono

Who knows what it signifies, but apparently there are newer batteries marked as model GHB2. All mine are GHB1s. I doubt there's much difference, but Mooch's findings indicate capacity wasn't very decent with the 1s. Hopefully an HL visit to the plant has initiated some better spec averages, or something along those lines.

So I said I would report back after cycling through my batteries about the backend heat. After going through 5 batteries all charged on low in the d2 the backend is much cooler. I encourage others with nitcore chargers to see if Im on to something especially if your backend is getting warm.

I've got a few GHB2 batteries and can confirm that for me it's a noticeable performance upgrade over the GHB1. we'll see how long that lasts

Got my hopper back with the new battery. Works fine with the GHB2 battery. Guess I'll send in my five GHB1 batteries to see what kind of great excuse they have for why I need to purchase 5 GHB2 batteries.

Here's my mismatched front end if anyone is curious. Sure it isn't the worst ugliest thing ever but when your original lined up perfect and you're sent a replacement for warranty that doesn't really come close it sucks.

I can't wait to see more reports on the GHB2s...I'm super tempted to go ahead and buy 4 or 5 but my originals are still working adequately (although only one lasts a full 3 bowls on 5 anymore) so I haven't been able to convince myself entirely

Vaposhop and Vapefiend will handle warranty issues for you, I believe Verdampftnochmel will too.

From all reports it seems to be hassle free to receive warranty service in Europe when purchasing from an authorized dealer, perhaps even better than HL's warranty process which seems to be hit and miss.

...and my Ti that went off the rails yesterday (solid red light, faint click but no heat) awoke with a new attitude (I let it sleep in today, under the weather and all). Couple nice bowls today already. No rhyme or reason, but I'll take it!
Now, with return home of SS yesterday, I'm one step closer to that 3 way, though I would have to rig up some home made tandem yoke.
Today, we take it easy on the poor things. Following the instruction manual; one toke, click off and wait til cool, well mostly cool...

EDIT; ...(and still within the edit time!), for kicks I tried charging Ti on factory charger. Normal flash red while charging, blue when finished. Take it off and click it on - solid red, faint clicking no heat...again. I'll let it sit a while...

I've always been among the "timid"; I'd get sick if I drank what most people don't even consider a buzz, and smoked weed with the trepidation of inevitable paranoia or anxiety attacks. Vaping changed all that, and it's been 4 years of almost daily medication and life has never been better.

I can really appreciate now, though, the different levels of getting baked that an individual prefers, because the me that I am now is "the serious abuser" I would've called myself back then.

This is a blessed plant. Any of you seen the Viceland Weediquette promotions?

You will be satisfied. I hope I'm not jinxing myself, but since my replacement grey body, and my very recently replaced raw Ti backend, I'm seeing a lot of consistency between the two units. I'm happy to say that the replacement backend not only performs better, but it seems made better, less side to side movement of the temp dial part. Even seem to be getting longer battery life. Again, though, aside from repairs, the key to great clouds is very dry herb, at least for the way I hit it.

Sky, I'm bummed for you, as I would feel that this is not "within spec". I realize it is not a bad fit, it's only noticeable to you (of course), but "precision is precision", and if I were GHL, I would not have passed that match.

Do you have other hoppers you can try alternate MP's on? If it's just that cap, then fuck it, buy a new one!

I would just say fuck it and buy a new one but from my experience none of the parts match up unless hand selected.

I received two replacement bodies for my Ti hopper (only one I own) and all 3 bodies had a different finish and color. I don't want to have to fight with them about returning it because the new one they sent doesn't match up. As much as it bothers me it just isn't worth it.

Edit: Hopper seems to be working great with ALL my batteries now. Must have gotten bumped around during shipping just right I guess.

Edit2: Not noticing any improvement with GHB2. Seems to be around 3 bowls a charge just like my others.

Just got my used Blue Ti GH! I prepared myself for the worst with this vape in terms of harshness and flavor, and am very impressed so far. I got this for the lower temps, and so far it doesn't seem to be any issue at all with those, 3-3.7 was as far as I've tried so far. It cools off fast enough to where I don't feel I'll need the silicone either, and the flavor was soo potent. Effects are obviously there too.

I may or may not have stalked the Mail Man before he even arrived at my house...I predicted it would take him an hour after getting this picture to get to my house ... It took him 20 minutes. Good Mail Man, good.

It's hard to figure how there could be such an out-of-round look to the fit you've shown us, Sky.
The metal is so thin, and it appears (only by virtue of a 2D photograph, I'm sure) that the uneven-ness would be from the MP being "oval" shaped (I'm exaggerating). I realize that can't be the case, or the MP would be quite difficult to thread on and off.

Well after just over a month 2 out of my 3 GHB1 batteries start flickering near the end of one bowl. This is with even rotation of the batteries. Also my bowls are small and I vape between 3-4 temp. I will be waiting for more accurate specs on these supposedly new GHB2 batteries before I buy.

No just one Ti. It fit weird on the other replacement body too. Fit good on the original.
