Last night I finally got some material to try out my EQ (and
@DDave kit - didn't even bother opening the stock glass).
I bought the EQ primarily so I could do bags with guests. Not a huge fan of the stock bag system, though, so I picked up a volcano easy valve bag to experiment with. Planetvape sells a gong adapter for these bags, which I may pick up eventually, but I found that the 14mm wand in the kit is actually a pretty decent fit. I added a little bit of rolled silicone tubing to the wand to serve as a gasket, but it still wasn't that great of a seal, so I'll have to fiddle with this in the future.
Anyway, preheated the EQ and 18/14
@DDave adapter @ 200 for probably 20 min or so, then loaded up the mini wand and let that sit on the EQ for a minute or so, and then put the easy valve bag on. Started the fan at 1 and then bumped it up to 2 about halfway through (not totally sure how long it took). I snapped the pic below shortly before I pulled the bag. Didn't quite fill up all the way, but this was a solo session so I figured that's OK. Really nice vapor and the easy valve is a huge improvement over the stock EQ bags!
Anyone else here doing bags with the
@DDave kit? I figure my technique could use some improvement, but not sure where to start...
