That and one has balls and the other does not?I was looking at the elev8r heater kit, which then led me to the one listed on vgoodiez, which has left me somewhat confused. Are the only differences between the two the coil and pid controller? Thanks in advance!
Ok thanks. The description on voogdiez threw me off because it stated 7th floor offered a similar kit but the heaters didn't contain boro. That and one has balls and the other does not?
That would be the one without.Ok thanks. The description on voogdiez threw me off because it stated 7th floor offered a similar kit but the heaters didn't contain boro.
Great thanks again. A buddy of mine has a g9 controller he said I could have so I guess I'll just get it direct from Elev8.That would be the one without.
Also 7thfloors has a knob that screws it into the coil.
Upgrade kit https://www.elev8glassgallery.com/elev8r-e-heater-rig-kit-e-nail-upgrade-for-g9-pid-only/I purchased one from vgoodiez (the DC coil). Does anyone have the link for the seventh floor version? Thanks
The 99$ kit is cheap, it's an excellent bargain. But the second kit's PID Controller can be found for 50$ in China. So, Elve8's PID C seems quite expensive. But it's nicely branded.Upgrade kit https://www.elev8glassgallery.com/elev8r-e-heater-rig-kit-e-nail-upgrade-for-g9-pid-only/

The full kit is definitely a little pricey. My buddy recently bought two G9 mini enail kits from some place for I believe approx $80/piece, and each kit came with a pid, heating coil, banger, & carb cap.The 99$ kit is cheap, it's an excellent bargain. Hey guys! I just recently purchased an elev8r with a torch for 420. I love it but soon after had the regret of not buying a 710 coil set up. I see Elev8r has a bundle for $199 but it has an elev8r included that I don’t need. I contacted customer support and they told me I couldn’t refund the one I purchased and I couldn’t buy the bundle price without the Elev8r but they have me a 20% off promo that knocks it down to 159$. After doing some looking around I spotted a 710 16mm coil set up on the dabbing specialist (60$ cheaper) but my question is....is this deal worth it? Should I just buy it directly from Elev8r with this 20% off deal and suck it up? Is there another website with a kickass deal and better set up?
The quartz heater you have is okay for torch and coil. There's only one model, now. Also I think I know the answer to this but better to be safe than sorry...are there 2 different styles elev8r’s one for a torch and one for a 710 coil? Or it’s universal and the one I bought for 60$ can be used with a torch or 710 coil (I know there’s a difference in glass screen or standard screen filters) I’m thinking it’s universal (the quartz glass I’m talking about)
Thanks for the help/support!
Aside from shipping costs(I’m American) so with 20% off I would be 159$ for an additional Elev8r (that I don’t need I guess I could sell or keep as a spare) the 710 coil and the POD controller. If I have to spend a few extra dollars for quality I would have have quality but I was wondering if anyone knew of similar quality or better for a better price? I know it’s asking for a bit but everyone here is so knowledgeable I figured it wouldn’t hurt asking. I’m tempted to just buy the one from Elev8r so I don’t have to worry about tampering with the coil but if it’s easy enough and cheaper else where with the same quality I can manipulate the coils. You'll find the same PID controller for far less money on Aliexpress or DHgate. Eventually, you can take the Elev8's one for supporting them. It may depend of your MAGA level and your cheapness... I'm french, shipping cost to europe from elv8 are huge , so i took mine from China (60$). But if i was american, i could be MAGA. But i'm cheap. I don't know. (mind that in France too, Qannon followers are tracked... global village)
You'll need a 16 mm coil, wich you'll have to slightly modify.

you can get it without, they call it the “rig kit”Do we need the downstem? That's the only thing stopping me from buying this. I just need the bowl and the. part to torch already all set with my own glassware. Most of it doesn't accommodate downstems.
I broke my first heater 15 days after I received it. Such a dark day. Shit happens.Aside from shipping costs(I’m American) so with 20% off I would be 159$ for an additional Elev8r (that I don’t need I guess I could sell or keep as a spare) the 710 coil and the POD controller. I had 2 boro heaters and both cracked in a week. Having a backup is nice. But quartz heaters are more durable.Aside from shipping costs(I’m American) so with 20% off I would be 159$ for an additional Elev8r (that I don’t need I guess I could sell or keep as a spare) the 710 coil and the POD controller. I quote this post because it's the road I followed when I shaped my own coil. It's a cheap option if you already have a Elev8r but want to go electric. Credit where credit is due.Dude, I went with the cheapest coil and enail I could find because I just wanted to see if it was something I'd enjoy using. I picked up both from the dabbing warehouse. It seems like they have a deal going on constantly, so $79 for the mini nail that comes with a 16mm coil, then take 20% off. I think shipped to my door it was like $74 or so.

I bought mine off Amazon for 90 $. Kikstar, ame120. Shaped the coil myself. Had it for six months and still works great. Just remember, it's a heat source and you're looking for the perfect temp/flavor for you. So, yes it will get hot for your tastes. Mine is set at 475°.This is a complete Newb question so excuse my ignorance before it even comes out of my mouth but what is the difference In cheaper pid like the one for 99$ from dabbing specialist or the middle range prices one from Elev8r or the highest priced high end one from vgoodiez? I asked someone else on Reddit where he would recommend that I get a pid and 710 coil and he also said the one from vgoodiez but is the proformance going to be THAT significant? I mainly just smoke flower, I haven’t had concentrates In years but maybe on occasion I will now that I have a device that will work well with them. Is it just that it’s got brute power/build to last? Or different features? You don’t have to get crazy detailed with me just a quick Newb to 710 coil’s explanation will due just fine.
