First thing I would try is cleaning the threads and contacts of the deck and mod with some iso. That has always been my first step in troubleshooting with RDAs.My origonal deck wont work anymore i keep getting

I've been enjoying quartz quest coils at 40w.
I think they are my go to coils.
@supershredderdan ... I have some of these coils kicking around and saw your Instagram post as well as that you have them for sale on the site now ... what TCR settings do you think we should use?I've been enjoying quartz quest coils at 40w.

That's crazy timing! They are actually for sale on the modpod site now.Can you explain a little more and post some pics? I am very interested in this

But I think that sites down... You can find them here too. https://ineedhemp.com/product/quartz-quest-ceramic-rod-heater-replacements/
Pretty simple, install. 40w. Slow draw initially... Feel the heat... Get vapor...

Well ... I tried it on TCR240 to TCR300 and wattage mode, and honestly I'm very disapointed in the results. Didn't work well at all (like didn't get any visible vapor! )TCR .00240 - according to: https://www.reddit.com/r/DivineTrib...l7/do_you_know_the_tcr_value_of_quartz_quest/
that is for direct application of concentrates, most likely the TCR will be much higher for convection applications. I haven't messed with the tcr much yet but I will see what worksTCR .00240 - according to: https://www.reddit.com/r/DivineTrib...l7/do_you_know_the_tcr_value_of_quartz_quest/

I have the same mod and never had much luck with the FCShare DNA settings. In the end I loaded a bunch of different TCR settings and payed around with it until I was happy with the vapor. I think you can also adjust the curves on the material files, but from what I could tell they are all straight curves so they probably don't offer much benefit over using a TCR value.Hey guys, a little question about DNA mods...
I just got a Reuleaux DNA 200 and I'm having trouble getting TC happening. I've tried the stempod profile from FCSettings but can't get any heat going hardly (and not even close to vapor) at all unless I turn the temperature setting to off. I've tried the stock ss316 profile as well with the same results. My clapton coil is showing up at .3 and I'm locking it. What am I missing here?

I mostly use wattage mode at 45 Watts and TC at TCR 170 but I am using custom coils (20 Gauge SS 316L 7.5 wraps)Mind sharing your settings? I'm relegated to power mode because I just can't get it to happen with tc.
Also, my settings for what's displayed in the screen don't seem to be sticking. The mod is being recognized and accepting updates and all appears correct .
