Guess we'll have to- I just can't believe nobody's opened and/or fixed their own. Ah, well.Send it to 7th floor, they'll check it out for you and give you an estimate

I have ran it for 30min but not tested it had to step out. So you guys are saying if it's slightly to the side it's completely normal as long as it woks, is any of your guys like this?Ha! I never knew it was called rainbow zen,
that's what my ssv#2 is!
The position of the heating element can be gently adjusted,
but if it's not touching the glass and working okay it's not necessary.
So what do you recommend I do about the sound. I mean for the price paid hearing a bolt or hope not glass tumble around inside isn't what you want to hear. Could I open up the bottom screwed base to see what the deal is or is that advised against? Would vapeworld send me a prepaid label to send this thing back to be looked at it (given I just bought it out the box)?Element slightly to the side is the norm.
Have had dozens of units pass through here, most are a bit askew.
(Can not advise on that sound.)
thanks Vitolo, but contacted them before opening to see what they thought and they said to just send it in. Hopefully just a quick fix like you said a washer missing or somethingI would feel safe opening the bottom, by unscrewing the screws.
No need to tear it apart or even open it all the way.
Just open it a crack---
You have a ring or washer floating in there.. someone was incautious/lazy in shutting the unit after they soldered, I believe... and they left a piece.
Let the piece fall out, and tell us what it was.
Nah, first shot with this... only thing left to try is a heater cover or custom whip...sweet, did you blow that? have you made anything else ssv related?
Wow what a difference a clean screen makes, the hits are even better than I remember!

fatty (GG for my DBV) wand
Hey @Tweak is this the EQ elbow mod you did that folks are talking about to conserve? Does it require a certain wand type (have the standard GG if that matters)? I'm trying to see what I'll need to try it and where to get these screens. It'd be nice to see a vid perhaps taters one around? That's me, it's expensive where I'm living so a few bucks on EQ screens could translate to hundreds or even thousands of dollars in the long run. Works such a treat in the SGG, a totally uniform vape (of "intense" heat) across the whole surface of a tiny amount of herb. Hardly need to worry about priming or even stirring. Luvin it
I thought where it was sent was where they'd do all the repairs on hand and ship out? If it's gotta take another trip some place else that'd suck. It arrived to their returns dept this morning so well see^^The time taken will probably depend on if they open it themselves or have to send it back to 7th Floor.
