I'm about to get a Silver surfer, baller version.
I believe using the Saturn vapor tamer can make vaping smoother, but, putting it in the freezer every time it's used? i reckon i'll forget half the time.
Would it still be effective non frozen?

I just leave mine in there when I'm not using it
Using it and then making a trip to the freezer in the pantry......
So i gather it has to be frozen to be effective?

No, not at all, but that's what it's made for afaik. It originally had glycerin, I think, but they changed it to glass balls for some reason. Out of the freezer you can make it through a DBV bowl while it's cold, you've got maybe 15 mins of decent cooling. I don't use it a lot but it's fun to do if I want to run through a bowl in one setting.

They also make this sweet heady ice bong for the SSV/DBV. It's great with snow or shaved ice:

Well, the wait continues...
Apparently Elev8 (formerly 7th Floor) had my OLD address in their system and that is what they used when setting up correspondence and sending the shipping label.

I corrected this manually when I sent it in for repairs.
I corrected my address in their system when I saw the shipping label (and before I sent the unit in)
I sent them a typed note pointing this out.
I sent them several messages in their ticketing system.

They still apparently sent it to the wrong address.
What the fuck man...

Im kinda frustrated and bummed right now...

I'd give them a call. They're usually very helpful but sometimes talking to them is necessary.

All's well that ends well.

So in seeing what had actually happened, I decided to take a trip down to the post office that served the area in which I *used* to live (and the address that the shipper had sent to)

Fortunately for me, I remembered the address and had the tracking # and everything else in order.
What had happened was the unit was set to be delivered to 3506 MyOldStreet Way, Mytown ST but the shipping label was kinda trash and it looked like it was going to 3606 - which was a business. A kinda iffy one if I recall correctly...
The package had the "Carrier Leave If No Response" tag on it, but I think the fact that it mistakenly went to a business (who was closed) is what prompted them to take it back to the post office.

So after a long drive, and some patience while the awesome postal worker finally located my package - its back on my bench and in fully functional order again. :D

Just had a delicious sesh to get reacquainted. Glad to have her back home!

That thing is so cool. I had the last one with the concentrate setup & tube on my radar for so long. Glad you're reunited.
