so my PD came today and my only complaints are the bowl stem is pretty small, and the stem will some times slide out while you pull away from a hit and your bowl goes everywhere! still getting a hang of this tho.....

How is this not expected? If you spill the bowl that's not really a design flaw.

As mentioned before, the coffee/goodies are for padding out the packaging.

well as for the coffee thats what i figured...was about to put that in my original message but figured against how high i was(I remember reading that figure pages and pages back!) and i was also about to put how foolish of me to even say anything about the bowl but it was my mini review aside from the obvious rave reviews. I love my unit so far!

I to was amazed at how small the bowl was and initially thought it to be a bit of a design flaw due to the restricted airflow and small hits I was initially getting. Of course I now realise the small bowls are what makes the PD so efficient and user friendly.

I sometimes remove the stem with my mouth and keep sucking to remove any residual vapor left in the stem. And the stems retain the hashy taste even with no product in them ... yum!

I'm amazed at how much vapor the PD extracts from literally a pinch of herb.

I'm finding I'm getting used to pulling the stem away from the unit by continuing to inhale as I remove the stem - this clears the tube AND keeps the herb in as I pull away.

i see the small bowl as the biggest pro about this vape, it rings true with my consumption method (usually i would get too high to finish the bowl without pushing into the "uncomfortably high" territory), and it takes every bit of goodness out (which, when smoking meant hitting cashed bowls )

im really looknig forward to tomorrow, ill try the vape-crush-reload method first then decide if i want to get a grinder, and depending on if they have resonably priced 4 pcs il prolly get a 2 pc grinder

Blow slowly ... just enough to make the plug to pop out. Unless of course your just blowing the duff into the duff bag. Then I give it a great big woooosh!

edit: Hennessy, I find its only messy if the bowl was packed with finely ground herb. If its a medium grind it should all bind up during the vaping process and blow out as a nice round plug. No mess

A foolproof method is 3 fingers and thumb around the vape, with the index finger on the tube.

Took the PD to another friends last night. He loved it. It took him about a bowl before he started getting big clouds. We were on a certain psychedelic and it just felt sooo good in my hand. We were blowing huge clouds all night. I can cash an entire load in one, gigantic, insanely large cloud now. It's pretty amazing...

Yeah maybe I was a little snappy... must have thought it was spyder for a second. Give us your mini review after you've lived with it for a while, I bet it will be more positive.

Never had a problem with messy bowl ejecting. I clear them a little shot of air... kind of like when you're spitting a seed, just using your mouth- no air from your lungs. Actually, I use a glass jar instead of the muslin bags, and 2 or 3 times a friend has tried to clear the bowl with a huge lungful, straight down into the jar which of course sprays a bunch of vaped weed in their face.

My buddy did that last night. We were blowing our spent herb into a coffee cup and it literally exploded all over. Was kinda funny, especially because we were so vaked. It was like a big cloud of weed.

Yep, and if it's stuck cold just heat it back up by inserting the tube for a few seconds and optionally taking a quick draw. Easy peasy.

The bag works a treat and I just turn it inside out for all that lovely light brown ABV.

I've got some high grade nugs atm and 3 stems this morning for my Saturday wake n bake have me blasted. Last night at a friends place we had a session with the same weed on his Vaporite box vape and we must have nuked a couple of grams in that puppy. So inefficient. 3 PD bowls wouldn't even cover the screen of those fat ass vaporite bowls.
