i really cant thank you enough for being so accomodating to me, thats a very rare thing in the buisiness world now where the only thing that seems to matter is the bottom line

i cant wait to inaugurate my pd, that entails getting high off my ass (oh belive me, i will, im gifted with chemical sensitivity, and i have no tolerance whatsoever ) and then thinking of a name for her (the pd is already decidedly female, unless i change my mind on that, but it must be female cause i just want to take her to bed and caress her
my little bong was my first piece, and i was high as fuck and my friends told me they usually name their pieces, so ive decided to make a ritual of it

This is my first post here.

First of all, pardon my very poor english. Id like to know better the language, but Im still learning by myself, without any teacher or school.


After reading all 20+ pages with the great reviews and enthusiastics recomendations, I also have become sold on the PD.

ASAP Ill order a cherry one.

I was introduced to PD by MAX, who answered some doubts I posted in marijuana.com about my first vaporizer: a vapir mini oxygen that only lasts one month after the three months warranty was over!
Max sent me a message, leading me here and talking about PD.
Even before reaching the 8th page of this thread, I decided to purchase a PD too, since it seems to be designed to my kind of use.

What about using not very good quality mj in PD? Obtain high grade mj is just a matter of luck here in Brazil, as it is still prohibited.I could grow it,but this is banned too.
So the disadvantage of using low quality material will be the increase of the number of bowls I have to pack and use?

Last night was my first experience using the PD on the go and we used mid-grade for most of the night.

It wasn't anything special, but it worked quite well. We ground it to a dust and were getting big clouds all night.

Most of the stuff I put through my PD is midgrade and it works fine. I do find if I have been going hard all day I'll go for some afternoon lungsplitting tokes from my vaporite (just to send me over the edge) regardless of herb quality.

Hey vaporcloud, how big a bowl are you packing on the Vaporite to get the big hits?

Not that big approx 250mgs ... but I don't use the original whip. I'm using a 2 piece GG whip that came with my now defunct vapordaddy. It has a smaller bowl than the original vaporite one and gives me more of a visual on my product to make sure its not over cooking.

Most of my fresh green goes thru the PD and the Vaporite is used for the vapped duff. I still get some nice big clouds from that too which comes out a very dark brown after a couple of hits and is totally spent! The vaporite is good coz it seems to nuke the product to a dark consistancy in only a few hits. The problem is, that is does this with duff or fresh green so is not very efficient.

Thats why I have a PD as well. The 2 work very well together and I wouldn't be without a vap with a temp control for the duff and legal blends that require a higher temp.

edit: When I think about it ... 250mgs may be a bit high. Probably more like 100 or 150. At least 5 PD bowls worth

It's the same with a lot of us here. We can't always get the quality we'd like, and except for a handful of states here in the US where it's legal for medical use, it's against the law. A record # of mj arrests last year-over 872,000, and most were for possession.

Yes, lower quality herb means loading more bowls, that's all. Loading a couple of bowls in the SSV or other whip vape is easier than loading 8-10 in the PD.

Its a time factor to. If I have the time I'm happy to sit down and session away on the PD until I'm vaked to the eye balls. Like at night once the kids have gone to bed, I'll bring the PD out to the lounge and the wife and I will sip our way through many bowls over an evening.

But when the kids are running a-mock its easier to take a couple of milky hits from my box vape than to spend the time consuming 4 or more PD bowls.

So cool to see people from all over the world into vaporizing and also joining the PD club. If you're in a big hurry with some low quality herb, vaping multiple bowls could be a problem. I've tried a wide variety of bud in the PD and even the low grade ugly looking stuff tasted pretty nice and vaporized up well. Hitting 5 leisurely bowls in the course of 20 minutes can be pretty enjoyable.

P.S. Your English is very easy to understand, could have fooled me.

You will love your PD when you get it! I am very certain of it and 27 pages of testimonials can't go wrong. What vaporizer did you used to own? Many of us on this forum compliment our PD with either a SSV, I-inhale, Extreme, or VRIP. The PD falls into a very special niche and is definitely a must have vaporizer, good choice and welcome again... Macaocao

I?m glad everyone else enjoyed the video, and just to keep on topic, capoeira actually introduced me to vaporizing. Back in my college days, in the late 90?s, Nike was trying to get into extreme sports and they contacted my Mestre (master in Portuguese) to see if he would be interested in assembling a performance team. We all had to take physicals and they found some sort of heart murmur or irregular heart beat type condition in me. My doctor asked me if I smoked and I replied, ?No, I don?t smoke cigarettes.? After some more questions, he got me to admit that I smoked pot and he asked me to abstain from any type of smoking for 2 months and then to come back for a check up.

2 months later, I returned for another physical and this time the heart irregularity was no longer present. I told my doctor that it was extremely difficult for me to abstain and since I don?t drink, I didn?t have any type of outlet to expand the mind. He mentioned that I should look into vaporization and after some research I settled on the VRIP set up. After daily use for 3 months, I again went in for another physical and came out with a clean bill of health. That is the story of how I found vaporization and I truly feel that it has extended my abilities for several years when compared to my peers. I?m 32 now, and most of the people that I trained with (who were heavy smokers too) had the smoking lifestyle catch up with them, ie bad lungs, no stamina, no desire?

I will say that a lot of the tricks you saw in the video are common place among teenagers who practice these moves but back in 2000, we just knew standard front flip and standard back flip. After a few vaping sessions, it really expanded my mind. I was thinking, ?hey, what if I decided to twist clockwise at the top of the flip?? and then different variations of flips would evolve as we progressed in our moves. I will say that the PD is one of my training secrets. It allows me to take in just a little medicine, get the mind thinking in a non-conventional manner, while not affecting my balance and coordination and most importantly, my lungs. Before I had to sacrifice some creativity for coordination or vice versa.

Have you heard of Eddie Bravo? He is one of the premier ground trainers and came up with the rubber guard and x-guard. These are variations to the guard and are much more effective in MMA for defending strikes in the guard. He also mentioned that he hit a wall and then began exploring the art after smoking pot. After he began rolling under the influence, he began thinking of endless transitions in and out of different positions. He credits marijuana with expanding his mind, expanding the art form, and when used correctly, did not have a negative impact on his life. I?ve been a fan of the UFC since 93 when I was a golden gloves boxer who just wondered what would happen if a boxer fought a wrestler, kung fu, etc etc? and look at the sport now? wow has it grown! I?ll be in Vegas for Couture/Lesnar this weekend, it?s gonna be CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't beat it for those measured doses. Too much SSV use in a night can give me a case of tight lungs the next day. Not so with the PD.

So I just buttered up my PD. Looks so shiny.

I was wondering about the bottom felt. It is kind of discolored and scratched up, but I didnt use any butter on it. Is it OK or do you have any recommendations for cleaning that up?

Spiral, that's boot leather on the bottom. Buzz-Butter is great for the bottom. Wipe on, buff to a shine. Test on other leathers, any oil/wax product will darken most leathers.
