Everyonedoesit has the best offer (around 130€ )but it's USA based so it's a no-go for me due to Italian customs, so anything in Europe that would be nearer to their price than the vapefiends' 180€?

Hi guys, i have a couple of questions about the plenty?

Is this vaporizer good with micro-dosing? I really can't use a gram or more for good results, too pricey on the long term. (Especially when a dynavap can relatively medicated you with a very small quantity of weed)

Why the vapecritic guy and some people here say that this vape is ideal for heavy smoker who want to switch? There is something special about the vapour from this device?

Is there a proved way to squeeze the max number of hits from this device with a temp step-up routine?

Capsules or riductor for microdosing?

Is the stainless steel coil so bad like some people say? (Bad flavour, less vapor), do i really need a j-hook (i kinda hate using glass pieces)

Is the extraction good like in a volcano?

There is something special about the vapour from this device?

The big blue clouds of vapor that only really seem to be made by vaping a gram with such a wide cross-section in the bowl at once.
I stuff up to 1.25 grams in at once and can happily puff away for nearly 2 hours, towards the end you have to ride the top of the heat output with 3 pulls in a row to get a decent cloud on the 3rd puff, I can't believe how long it can last like this on a j-hook.
The S/S is OK for a while but glass is so much easier to maintain and just tastes better than S/S and plastic.

so microdosing with a riductor or capsules i a big no no with this device...
have you tried the liquid pad on top method for microdosing? in that way you have a wide surface but less weed in the bowl.

I'm back to using the Plenty as it comes with .3 - .7 grams loaded with the pad on top.
I can't recommend the reduced chamber because it seems less extraction happens with that in. I'd rather do the same amount that fills the reducer, in the big chamber with the pad on top.
The coil does what it's supposed to, cool the vape, so massive rips can be taken. The j hook is cool, but the vape is much hotter/harsher on the inhale.
I've had mine over two years now and it's going stronger than ever and looks new still.

Yes, just for science, you still need a fair bit of bud to completely cover the large oven then topped with the liquid pad, I just believe there are better vapes (logs) suited to micro-dosing...
I do not like the reducer much either, only use if 1 big bowl does not finish me..so it rarely gets used, 1 is usually enough.

.2 is a good session with fair amount of pulls.
I didn't like the reducer or capsules in the Plenty or Volcano. Ymmv.

Last question, are the log vapes more heavy hitter than a plenty with the same amount of material (.2 to .4)??

Because if i need to load a gram or more for the full potency of the plenty, maybe is not the right device for my needs (weed in my country is shitty and pricey as hell).

I mean i can enjoy a 1 gram load every once in a while but i need to save my weed most of the time.

Log vapes don't do that much at a time. .1 is a very large log vape load.

I've done a full gram load in the Plenty just once for shits and giggles. Give me 2 big sessions of .5 or four sessions of .25 grams any day.

Yeah ok but if a .25 in the plenty hits like a .1 in a log, the plenty is the clear loser in terms of efficiency...
I'm trying to understand if this device is worth when 99% of the time it will be used with very small loads...

I don't think I made that conclusion about the .25 Plenty load hitting like .1 in a log.

But if your mainly looking for smaller and micro dose action, I'd go elsewhere.

Yeah that was my assumption sorry.

My situation is a little complicated, in my country weed is illegal, so the simple shitty weed probably cutted with ammonia or other shit is cheap and always available, when i use that i can load a gr at once without a problem, but like i said, that shit is probably toxic (or just ultra-low quality)so i try to avoid that. (Yeah who i'm kidding, i use this shit most of the time...)

And then you have kinda good (and very rare) street weed, like low-mid tier amsterdam level weed with an absurdly high cost for gram.

I try to use only the kinda good weed but is rare and very pricey so i can't really load a gram of that 2-3 times a day...

You americans are really lucky with your legal weed and concentrates...

I use 'the reducer' pretty much exclusively in both my 'Plenty' and 'Volcano' for anywhere
from 0.05-0.15 love it!

@Wolf46 get an Ed's TNT WoodScents, you can use just a pinch at a time and get 2 or 3 good rips, I always use a gram at a time in my Plenty (what it was designed for), every night just before bed (always on max temp on a big glass J-hook).

I'm undecited about volcano and woodscent.
I bought a steampod and maybe a woodscent will be kinda reduntant to use?(similar concept, glass stem, little blowl etc.).

I'm studying both right now.

Had my Plenty a few years, always enjoyed but never got the regular use it should because of amount of herb needed. Grabbed the reducer last week and been having a little play. The little pods are ok but not getting the avb dark enough. I don't think I'm getting the same level of extraction with the reducer either. Will have a few more goes but beginning to form opinion I'd be better of using it with the normal chamber and just using it less often

I have tried the liquid pad on top of normal chamber and found this ok but not ideal (possibly better extraction than with reducer). I really like the idea of the filling pods but think the reducer/pod maybe soaking up some heat and not getting quite hot enough for a good extraction.

I use the reducer all the time with a very small load, about half full without using a dosing capsule, I use a small S&B screen on top of the load in the reducer to keep the load in place, crank heat to 7 and by my third hit...I'm hacking my brains out to some huge clouds. This will work for about 5 more really good hits, then vapor starts to taper off. ABV is a nice medium brown. Tried putting the ABV in my IQ at 430 degrees and it's spent after the Plenty is done, even with the ABV showing more life left.

So...tonight i bought a plenty...will arrive this friday...
