It certainly doesn't matter WHERE your born, cos what I'm referring to, is which is the best appliance for getting returns on ABV and that is the Volcano, for as you know, various molecules are released at different temperatures, so when your appliance can only get to 204C, then that still leaves a lot of cannabinoids to be vaped.

Tripsy, a lab study was done on five vapes, testing actives in vapor and the leftovers. Plenty cooling coil condensate tested around 20%, bad news, but it's expected as it cools very well. This could be a deal breaker for some. However, the actives leftover in the Plenty abv was very low, around 2%. Much lower than the 10% found in the Volcano abv. I'm not disputing your own empirical findings, just offering more data. Relying on temp displays or temp vaporization tables can be misleading

I have to chime in occasionally to support my Plenty. I'm like @justcametomind in that i bought the dosing capsule filling station thinking i'd load a bunch to have ready,but I never do . I use the capsules in my Mighty a lot and I have the round 8 spot carrier for road use but I never use them in my P!enty i do however use and enjoy the reducer in the Plenty the flavor is there and enough for a good session. The capsules are convenient for the Mighty and have minimal negative impact but I just don't get into them in my Plenty.​

I ain't the hearsay type, kinda like to check things out myself, the last time I was up at Barney's, in 2017, all I saw were Volcano's, indeed the only vapes I've seen in 'several' coffeshops, were all Volcano, I didn't see any Plenty's - at all!
Just for the avoidance of doubt, I have the Plenty, I've had one for nearly 4years so I know that the ABV from a Plenty can't be re-used in a Plenty!
But I do know from actual empirical evidence - amassed over a considerable period of time
(not just based upon hearsay,) the ABV from the Plenty (even at temp No 7) will still produce plenty of vapor when placed in a Volcano.

I'm afraid I have to confess, I don't what an WS is? Also I have no experience of Tera or Fury2!

As for Sauber, I ain't never heard of them, who are they?

However, back to vapes, it ain't no big deal, each to their own......

@LesPlenty I’ve seen volcanos and verdampers in Amsterdam but never a Plenty. It’s been a couple years though, I will definitely do some reconnaissance for ya this spring!

I did hear Ataxian comment on "some were offended?", and was also very curious how his mind had been so strongly influenced this way. I too can't understand how anybody could have such a strong objection to a very harmless and healthy behaviour and service Ataxian was so generously providing for us.

There can be no question as if you were to measure and quantify the level of amusement, entertainment and therapy those images brought to us all across the board, and stacks it against what must have been really terrible suffering for this individual(s)...

I mean god forbid to have to actually possibly look at some beautiful photos of a sunny Californian poolside with interesting vaporizers, bubblers and gongs lying about... gosh I can't imagine the torture and I feel terribly sorry for the hell that considerate and selfless soul must have gone through...


Well, Im sure the negative effects of the images is less than a % vs the pleasure and joy we all (normal, sane, non-selfish shallow dickhead people basically) have always gotten.

So I think it is a shame that some lowly negative asshole has attacked our great friend here. Whenever we are personally attacked it takes us off guard and can really affect us and knock our confidence. Logic and rationale can be overcome by emotion.

So I do empathize and I can understand but still I think it is a shame and I do hope @ataxian that you one day again feel happy and comfortable sharing some nice images with us again if and whenever you feel like it.

Picked up one of these guys off the gate to try with my plenty.

Id say its as good or better than the coil as far as vapor production. Taste is far superior. I also think it may be a bit better on cooling too. Normally using the coil at or near 7, on a large draw, i’ll ‘bust a lung’ and suddeny cough out some vapor. That was not really an issue using this tube. I noted The base below the water gets as hot as the coil base.

It is virtually spill proof. With a generous fill i can set the tube on its side and there is zero spillage.

I currently don’t use any adapter. I cut one of the smaller silicon ring that came with the plenty to 1/3 its size and slid it all the way down the plenty’s black cone. Pretty good airtight seal if you keep everything aligned with just the slightest pressure. I intend to add a 18mm m to f adapter soon to test.

you need to keep it pretty close to vertical for Proper percolation. I built a stand so i can just use one hand.

I find myself using the tube over a glass rig/angled adapter when: im on the couch (no chance to spill), to taste new strains of flower, or just whenever i might be vaping somewhere i don’t want to bring a rig.

It came in perfect condition from yingmin5 with the perk level cut well.

Quicker heat up would be great. Wish it would not cook the herbs to death if you just heat and don't draw.
My CountryPlenty gets a bit less hot than my CityPlenty and cannot help for all ailments the CityPlenty does.
Now I have a Mighty to replace it. This one can get hotter than both Plentys i own.

When smoking pipes I preferred glass pipes. So my preference for glass might be a learned/aquired one.
I think I would prefer all glass air path in a vaporizer too, tastewise.

I am quite happy with the cooling coil. it works and in non waterpipe friendly places it is good and quite stealth (until you use it).

That being said, I would buy it again and it is still my favourite S&B.

I placed an RMA for my first Plenty one year ago.
Heating time was 5 minutes and 15 seconds iirc. They sent me a new one, the updated version. Heat up time on new units is 4 minutes a 15 seconds (more or less). I measured the time it needed to get the "click" on temperature no.7 from a cold start. I didn't feel any changes on how it roasts the herb.
