I have a possible work around for your cracked glass on your wand problem lluther. I am not sure where exactly the glass part is broke. Try a SKCreations Carbon Fiber V2 XL Ispure Ispire Dynavap Wand Accessory. Etsy sells this Ispire Wand mod. It inserts in the bottom of the wand and the Fiber Tube may rise above the broken glass area you have.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll look into it, but I suspect it won’t work for me since I’m looking to replace the glass lining. I’m using wide devices like the Convector XL and Tornado, so I don’t want to make the interior diameter smaller. Also, it’s not just the glass lip that’s cracked, it’s all the way down the center of the glass.

I’ve cracked the interior glass of the wand. It still works, but aside from the risk of glass coming loose, are there any other issues with using it? I wondered if the cracks might cause uneven heat distribution, as heat would obviously escape through them.
There is no heat to escape through the cracks. The Wand doesn’t actually produce any heat at all. It heats up whatever metal you insert by messing with the magnetic field. If you turn it on and put something non-metallic in it, nothing happens. It only reacts to and heats metal.

I have a wand with cracked glass and it causes no issues other than being broken further, glass is inert to the waves generated by the coils and is there to protect the coils. You could run the Wand without the glass if it breaks completely, but may not be able to use any of the silicone sleeve adapters anymore.
