Regarding this, my mp was loose till I removed the ring which is closest to the bottom of the mp, well inserted again and no more fitting problems. In love with my unit! Only downside is battery life.I have to say that when they send me my second unit, they sent as well new o-rings. I told them I had some issues with the old ones and they took care of me.
Hi folks, first post... sorry it's not a good one.
Received my Square Pro today. Long story short... loose mouthpiece and old firmware. I did a firmware update with a FAT32 drive and when I went to turn it on afterwards, it bricked. No response from any combo of button presses or plugging in. Is RMA and waiting my only option?

Did you turn the vape on? I start the program, plug in the vape, then turn the vape on and it recognizes.
