I get what I would call medium vapor, I'm sure others can get denser but I go as far as the taste is good, and if you go too far you get denser "vapor" but it tastes like smoke.Hello there, I've been using this vape for about a week now, tried about 10-15 different sessions and have not had what I would consider much success. I'm also an owner of an Arizer Solo, so perhaps I'm expecting larger hits or a more powerful vaporizer, I'm not sure but that is my only other vaporizer I'm familiar with to compare..
Tonight I was really contemplating returning the device, and when I went to pack everything up I noticed the black rubber ring around the 2nd screen (the one on the detachable head which holds the glass piece) was dislodged and the screen was off-kilter; when I went to put it back on, the whole thing came loose and I'm having a difficult time getting the screen back on. Could this be causing a problem (IE: could some vapor be escaping maybe due to this..?), or could I have gotten a dud, or are my standards just too high? I see YouTube videos and frankly I've not once been able to get anything resembling visible vapor clouds :-/
Coming from the Pax, I notice I blow out much less visible vapor but get about 80-90% of the effects with half the material. Try heating drawing very slow until you see a medium vapor density then draw a little faster with power on so that the vapor doesn't get too thick, if you draw too fast the vapor will thin out, I wouldn't hold longer than 6-7 seconds total
The screen does come off, they are going to sell replacements, but it will go back on ok, try shaping the screen so it fits nicely and then work the o-ring around with two/many fingers.
