Firewood Vaporizer

Quick question - every other vape I’ve got required a burn off before first use. How do you do that on the Firewood? Do you just have to hold the button in? Or does wood/ceramic not need burn off?

Good question. Yep just hold the button down as long as your typical medium speed deep draw would be however if your firewood is cold then on the first go add tenish seconds to warm up the ceramic as @El Duderino mentioned previously on top of your draw time.

Do this on higher temps. Perhaps a short one or couple on unregulated which is 4 clicks to enter. Be cautious there.

Repeat a couple times until you’re comfortable and go to flavor town.

Hope that helps

Yeah I just did it a bit with the oven chamber off and no capsule loaded, to burn off the coil at first (you're not burning off the wood or ceramic at all, you can clean the ceramic, and the wood will break in over time with use, neutralize more and more, depending on the cuts of wood and your own sensitivity to the walnut), with max temp, very quick and easy, I think it is already done before they ship out anyway so didn't seem necessary but still good to do with everything new

My new FW9 got here! Great so far. I do have another question though. I bought the “glass adapter tub” thinking it would allow me to use other stems, but when I got it, I’m lost. How do you use it, and what glass does it let me use? I was hoping I could use some of my POTV glass, but it seems way too short for that.
