The problem with ordering on their site is it doesn't seem to work out for me... I'd like to get the vape with a Long Fixed Glass Stem, which isn't available in the Classic or Premium kits for some reason. Then for the Deluxe Kit I can't manage to get it into my cart as it gets stuck at "E-Nano Stand → Please choose product options." even after choosing a stand...

my converter arrived today... everything seems to be in working order now. the difference is really night and day.
did you see the latest video posted by bud from vapecritic?
i watched this last night and noticed bud takes little sips off the stem and gets it cooking pretty nicely compared to mine which needed to be huffed and puffed away vigorously to get anything resembling vapor.
once i hooked up the 120v converter, mine is now functioning the way it's meant to... absolutely effortless draws.
though i am sure all e-nano owners appreciate their awesome device... i think my level of appreciation for mine is much higher after having used it in a crippled state and now being able to enjoy it with what feels like it's being powered by rocket fuel

Go back into the choose stand page and notice there's a sub selection of a wood choice for the stand. This is separate from the wood choice for the nano itself, and your order is incomplete without it.

Yeah I've selected everything else prior, it just doesn't go past the stand.

I ordered a Lotus mesh pad, and as @StringTheorista mentioned, it can fit but would take some slight reforming to reduce the size enough to fit in a nano gong or stem. I was about to start that process when I remembered I had a few Healthy Rips Fury 2 mesh pads. When comparing the two different pads I found the Fury pads to be a bit smaller. In fact, the Fury mesh conc pads are so close that it only took some slight manipulation with my fingers to get the pad to fit in a nano gong without needing to change the shape. It's a tight fit, but they slip right in. Success!
You do need to push the pad to the top of the gong so you can smear some wax or rosin on it, and then a wooden skewer or dab tool to push the pad down to get the best distance from the heater. I did this once with some rosin and it worked pretty well. I still need to find the best distance between the pad and heater and it does require sliding the pad up and down in the gong in order to load and adjust, but once set I am hopeful that you get a nice session without the need to mess with the organic cotton. And the Fury 2 conc pads are five for $10 with free shipping.
I will update again after more research.Stoners love to tinker.
I wanted to report back on the mesh pad for concentrates. I ended up going back to cotton again. Whether I used rosin, sauce, shatter or wax the oil ended up oozing out of the pad and would coat the walls of the glass making a bit of a mess. Now, I have been dusting the top of my concentrates with some CBD isolate and I think that leaves a good amount of oil residue that is hard to heat up and vape in this manner. Even the cotton gets extra gunky from the CBD isolate and it sticks around well after the waxes are vaped away. I could add more wax but I would rather start a fresh cotton dab. (IDK, do you still call a small amount of wax a dab if your not actually dabbing in a skillet?)
Anyway, tonite it is some kushy sauce with a sprinkle of CBD through the nano. Massive and tasty hits for sure.
Watched the Vapecritic's 2018 vape recap. Congrats to the nano for making the plug-in short list. Well deserved. Bud's dry stem looked pretty well used too.

it seems to me like a lot of portables are only portable in the sense that they can be taken from room to room... far too bulky, fragile or conspicuous to be out and about with
