We are beta testing a new customer support system. Customers can now submit a ticket rather than shooting us an email. As we are expanding rapidly and want to make sure no one falls through the cracks. I'm sincerely hoping this makes life easier but time will tell. You can check it out here -

Product Review Freebie...
Some of you may have already received an email but if you haven't here are some quick details. We're giving away either an Epick or basket screens to customers who review their E-Nano on our website. Once your review is posted you'll receive an email with a coupon for use on either item, the email can take up to a couple days to receive. Shipping isn't included unfortunately but the coupon is usable with other discounts so you can save it for your next accessory order.
