Guys, I've been a pretty long time user of the Enano and I have LOVED using this wonderful vaporizer. I still do love using it. But I have to voice my extreme displeasure at the current situation that Epicvape have put me in, and I need another avenue for them to communicate with me and help me resolve it.
I purchased 2x 19mm GonG's from them, and they were shipped out to me on the 7th of January. The items actually arrived in my city on the 12th of January (very quick considering I live in Australia). However, since then, the latest tracking update simply says:
"Your item was processed through a facility in AUSTRALIA on January 12, 2016 at 8:43 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."
After waiting over a month for the package, on the 15th of February I sent an email to
customerservice@epicvape.com asking if they could help me resolve the issue and get me what I paid for. I didn't receive a response.
Four days later, on the 19th of February, I tried again and sent another email to
customerservice@epicvape.com asking if they could help me resolve the issue of my missing order. Again, no response.
It has now been almost 3 months, and well over 30 business days since I made the purchase and they sent it out to me, but I still don't have the package. It may have been damaged or lost by Australia Post, but I have received absolutely no communication whatsoever from Epic Vape about them helping me out here.
What's the best course of action here for actually getting into contact with Epic Vape and them sorting out this mess?
