Waiting til I move out and get a real job so I can buy another Nano, this time exotic. It's hard knowing I don't have, what seems to be, the most flavorful vape on the market. Still haven't had anything that beats the flavor.
And don't take its small size for granted, ... when you upgrade sizes ... you'll miss it. I promise.

Guys, I've been a pretty long time user of the Enano and I have LOVED using this wonderful vaporizer. I still do love using it. But I have to voice my extreme displeasure at the current situation that Epicvape have put me in, and I need another avenue for them to communicate with me and help me resolve it.

I purchased 2x 19mm GonG's from them, and they were shipped out to me on the 7th of January. The items actually arrived in my city on the 12th of January (very quick considering I live in Australia). However, since then, the latest tracking update simply says:

"Your item was processed through a facility in AUSTRALIA on January 12, 2016 at 8:43 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

After waiting over a month for the package, on the 15th of February I sent an email to customerservice@epicvape.com asking if they could help me resolve the issue and get me what I paid for. I didn't receive a response.

Four days later, on the 19th of February, I tried again and sent another email to customerservice@epicvape.com asking if they could help me resolve the issue of my missing order. Again, no response.

It has now been almost 3 months, and well over 30 business days since I made the purchase and they sent it out to me, but I still don't have the package. It may have been damaged or lost by Australia Post, but I have received absolutely no communication whatsoever from Epic Vape about them helping me out here.

What's the best course of action here for actually getting into contact with Epic Vape and them sorting out this mess?

Well, you could call them. Their number is on the website.

To be honest this VAPE is a great deal, but when you pair this with water filtration that's where you see the power, flavor and effect! I can't even imagine dabs or shatter with this monster, I've done wax and OMG! I love my nano! I hope that anyone who is on the fence with this monster just get it. You won't regret it.

Beautiful! How come you still have the wood block? Did Epic Vape sent you the block too or did you cut it off before sending it?

They sent the rest of the wood back to me with the new Nano. He pics the best part of the wood to get the Nano out of. It was oversized but not big enough to get an Ed's stem out of it. I have another gwtb piece for that. I am very pleased with this device.

I missed my 12 month anniversary in Jan with the nano because I was too busy using it. That's a shame.

Hey @Arnotts try the post office like @ren.dnb said. I've ordered bubblers that haven't shown up & then the tracking even expired. I only eventually received them because I contacted Aust Post.
Goods I order from Epic only seem to take 8 days to arrive which is weird because I'm in WA & most things take months.

Hey @grassman that is simply awesome.

About how long does it usually take to get shipping confirmation for your nano? And for it to arrive? I used the FCLOVE coupon last friday and it's still "processing" on the site.

Processing usually takes 2-3 days i believe. Depends on where you live, but if your coupon worked it should give you free priority shipping which does ship very quickly once it is sent out.

Ive only vaped concentrates for over a year now. Had 5 grams last 8 months. Use the china diffusion pump and steel wool. Its perfect.

I've had some trouble with customer service at epic vape as well, mostly through lack of response (even though their FC account has been liking posts). I am sorry about your circumstance! Andy probably can't do much if the courier is causing problems, though.

The glass stem mine came with is kind of nice. I wish I could make the bowls a little bigger, but oh well. The stem needs to be cleaned very regularly if you want it nice and transparent without any influence on vapor flavor, so a couple of them might be nice if you use the device heavily and care about that stuff.

By the way, the coupon FCLove gives a response on the website but doesn't change anything, as far as I could tell--I was still charged shipping. The new coupon is FCFreeship, as seen in AceofVape's sig.

Hrm, order placed on the 27th. 3 business days, no word yet other than it's still "processing." Hopefully I'll see something soon, excited to try it out.

Stems are very easy to clean which basically is the only thing that needs to be done often. The wood maybe conditioned once a month and a swipe of the inside every six months. It's a very easy unit to maintain compared to some vaporizers. Plus not to mention the flavor that it helps to produce from your product that you are using.

I keep mine plugged in most of the time. I turn it down when I leave the house or at night and takes no time at all to heat back up to my desired temperature.

I use temp 5.75 through 6.50 if I'm not using a water tool. It's a very easy vaporizer to get to know. You will find your niche with this awesome little unit. Try to sandwich some concentrates in between your flowers, it works great.

What's in your Enano tonight :brow: I have some wonderful tasting GrapeApe in mine along with my j hook.:leaf::peace:

Got an email that there was a shortage on one of the adapters it seems. Should be getting it soon. I'm terribly impatient and this wait is hard, heh.
