I have a new vaporizer that fills a range.The Enano is great because it is well made with really good materials, it has a very strong heater. Andy wants his customers to be happy so there's a 100% money back guarantee. Even though there's no longer a lifetime warranty on the whole unit, a lifetime warranty on the heater is a good deal.
Also since Andy interacts on FC you can always get a hold of him using a PM. He's there to answer whatever question you might have.
Best thing is that the nano brings out the best flavor out of your cannabis for some awesome vapor taste.
True, but I also liked my Zap and my interactions with the PD guy were always pleasant as well.That's a weird way to put it, two is hardly a data set for log vape manufacturers, so you can't really draw a conclusion there, and it avoids actually acknowledging the people that you (I think) set out to acknowledge, namely, @ACE OF VAPE and @underdog .
E-nano is great because Andy is great, not because of a quality inherent to log vapes.

That 'milky beaker' would work, but may be a little too big. Others would say it's fine probably, depending on preference. The recycler piece looks to have a male 14mm end, so youd need a 14mm male to female adapter to mate your nano with it using the stock 14mm GonG piece. That slide to glass converter might work, at least I can't see why it wouldn't. work well with the e-nano, assuming I get the appropriate adapter? Trying to get a gong bong to use with it before I order it but having trouble finding one for less than 50. Also they're all HUGE! I'd like a smaller one. I have an 8 or so inch thing right now with a grommet I've used I like but want to switch to vapor.

That slide to glass converter I just slide into the water pipe like a bowl, right? Seems like it would work pretty well, once I get the other adapter. And saves me quite a bit!

Guys, I've been a pretty long time user of the Enano and I have LOVED using this wonderful vaporizer. I still do love using it. But I have to voice my extreme displeasure at the current situation that Epicvape have put me in, and I need another avenue for them to communicate with me and help me resolve it.
I purchased 2x 19mm GonG's from them, and they were shipped out to me on the 7th of January. The items actually arrived in my city on the 12th of January (very quick considering I live in Australia). However, since then, the latest tracking update simply says:
"Your item was processed through a facility in AUSTRALIA on January 12, 2016 at 8:43 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."
After waiting over a month for the package, on the 15th of February I sent an email to customerservice@epicvape.com asking if they could help me resolve the issue and get me what I paid for. I didn't receive a response.
Four days later, on the 19th of February, I tried again and sent another email to customerservice@epicvape.com asking if they could help me resolve the issue of my missing order. Again, no response.
It has now been almost 3 months, and well over 30 business days since I made the purchase and they sent it out to me, but I still don't have the package. It may have been damaged or lost by Australia Post, but I have received absolutely no communication whatsoever from Epic Vape about them helping me out here.
What's the best course of action here for actually getting into contact with Epic Vape and them sorting out this mess?
