Not coming from combustion, i primarily use my Solo for at home use, and my Flowermate Mini for portable. Both vapes are good in their own way, but my Solo seemed like it wasn't heating as effectively as before, and i craved a little more power, i also really was looking for something i could just hit quickly and be good, not have to go through a full 10 min sesh

It's all in the reflexes.
I'll admit i was thinking about the Underdog holiday vape for $158, but not only could i not wait another week or 2 for them to get more heaters in, but from the start i'd been leaning E nano, and the lifetime warranty on the heater def swayed me. Plus i liked not having to purchase a vvps. I am confident that with the amount i should be able to save with this, it will make up for the cost of the unit in no time.
I went with the enano for the same reason as you. it came with an adjustable dial.

i like using my bubbler but since I received my j hook I use that mostly at night before bed. I can hit a little higher heat with the extended air path, it helps to cool the vapor. The high heat helps with pain and sleep. I will use a hard core Indica late at night.

Finally bit the bullet, and picked up a Walnut Nano! So pumped to see this little thing in action

I picked up a premium maple myself. I'm going to grab a walnut though. I've only been an e-nano owner for 5 days and all I have to say is this little thing is awesome. I came from using portables as my daily drivers and don't get me wrong I still love my portables. Just I wanted something more durable and consistent that really wasn't going to leave the house.

The size is awesome and perfect for my situation, it pumps out these nice thick clouds and has the best flavor. I like that I can leave it on for awhile so I just have to pick it up and use it. No more worrying about batteries or fluid.

Very glad in the choice I made and I know you will be too @Jimmer144 !

Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.
The nano is basically a fine tuned, adjustable heat source with an unlimited supply of power. Whatever you set it to, it will pump that out all day long.

So of course, when you drop that on top of a nice bed of herbs it just rips through those trichomes. Based on your setting it will react with the chemical compounds in different ways, giving you different effects and flavors.

It's just a machine. A sweet, wood covered machine. ;)

What type wood did you choose?

Just ol' walnut. Suits me just fine.

I ordered the gong but find I dont use it that much, I end up using the all glass stem the most

I like running it through water. Do you find that it extracts too much flavor? I love the cool, moist vapor it produces. Much easier on my throat. I also think the gong is much easier to remove and replace the basket screen. Just my preferences.

LOL that was a deciding factor in my decision as well. Had to have a VVPS included.

*EDIT* Just ordered a spare VVPS and another stem just in case. That should round everything out nicely!

I just find the all glass stem easier to use, and I enjoy the taste. The gong is nice but I feel nervous about breaking it, it fits very tightly around my heater and ive come close to breaking it before

I'm a stem person myself. I do have a GonG as well, and I love the performance of it out of my waterpipe, but the stem is just easier to load up and grab when I want a quick hit.

I just got one a bit ago. It's my first vape. I love that it is so efficient with herb. I don't have anything to compare it to as far as dry herb vapes go. The cord isn't my favorite but it is workable and I did understand that I was buying a non portable desktop. The stem usage is a little awkward at first but I have grown accustomed to it. I would prefer if it heated up faster and was more precise with temp but it still works well. Really, the flavor and conservation of medicine make it a great vape to start with IMO. I just ordered a firewood 3 as my portable vape.

youll like the FW3, I have one but honestly like my AIR alot more, but many LOVE the FW3. Think about investing in the enano stando, in either wood or metal, it holds the nano and your stems so you dont have to worry about anything falling over/off thee desk. I have one in maple to compliment my walnut enano

Experiment with your draw rate its a fairly easy way to modulate the units operating temperature.

Cool, I'll look at that then.

Yes, I have found that the temp can be regulated by draw speed as well as how closely I hold it to the heater but it would be nice to have a more automated and precise heat setting.
It's a great vape though.

@Gettinbetter if you really wanted a 'more precise' heat setting you could run it with a vvps as many have digital readouts that you can hit the exact same power setting every time. However I don't know if this voids your warranty and it's a little overkill IMHO since we already have adjustable dials. I found that after leaving my unit on for a few days it became less finikky and my sweet spot of 6-6.5 became very apparent, now it gets flipped on in the morning, turned down to 4.5ish when I'm out of the room, and it's ready to rock and roll all day.

@CrimsonKing thanks for the vvps suggestion. It does sound like a bit of overkill. It's funny that you mentioned the power/heat evening out. I have actually noticed this as well. It's either I'm adjusting or it is. Either way it's all good!

Last night I ordered a custom glass stem from JoDa Glassworks.

Can't wait for it to get here. I'm quite surprised there isn't more custom glass pieces for the e-nano. Anyway, glad that I'm supporting fellow FC'ers with this vape lol.

What up...Nano nation....got a Q for ya. I'm interested in adding a new portable unit to my collection. I'm curious as to what other nano users use. I would like something comparable to the quality vapor that we get on our amazing Nano. My buddy has a Crafty I really do enjoy. But at that price point its not really an option for me currently. And would like to stay convection as well.
I'm also not really cool with waiting months for the device...lol e. i. The Grasshopper lol
Ive been on the fence about a Firewood 3.0 unit. Does anyone own one here...and what's ur thoughts in comparison to the Nano Vape experience...and the FW. Thanks for ur thoughts guys ! Cheers
