Hi all, I got my e-nano yesterday! Such a different experience to my Pinnacle Pro, loving it. Only issue I had was, last night, I ended up dumping 3 bowls by accident. I expect to be better at remembering to keep the wand upright and the GonGs should be here in a few days, so I expect that to help the situation, but does anyone have any tricks/tips to keeping my meds inside the bowl? :)

Other than keeping it tipped upwards not much. I guess you could sandwich yr load(ahem) between 2 basket screens i guess,it certainly would prevent yr load touchin the heater too. Anyone try this? I would but I'm nano less at the mo.

Does anyone have a stando yet? I was waiting for the aluminum version because its heavier than the wood version. Im curious if the wood is heavy enough to keep an e-nano firmly "locked" on the table without having to worry about the weight of the cord.

I find the screen sandwich to work very well. I'm a new nano user but that's what I do. I did it to prevent the herb touching the heater n gettin it messy but it hold the bud in place too. I use the screens I received from Ed with his stems. The abv come out in a nice disc.

After reading this, I just tried a "sandwich" and it works really well. I really like it and the disc ABV is a bonus. Thanks all!!

I use the "sandwich" every time I use a dry stem, IMO it keeps the perfect distance between the load and the heater port, so you can use the same heat setting every time.

I've never had an issue (other than the occasional drop) since I always keep the stem 'bowl up'. I guess it comes easy to me after years of using log vapes. If that method doesn't suit you, you can pack the bowl down a little, and let your first hit or two 'seal' the bowl to some degree. This usually works pretty well.

My wooden stando works exceptional! If my cord is hanging over a table or chair like it was yesterday in my initial testing, it only slightly leaned back a little, but never enough to where it was actually problematic and would cause anything to tip over.

Just got my second Nano in today, thanks @ACE OF VAPE

My older unit has a fixed cord and I got it back in April.

Just a quick query, my new unit is like 10mm taller...is this the case with all models now, did the dimensions change in the new removeable cord models?

No big deal, I am just curious!

Happy vaping all :D

Thats what I was worried about, I want a heavy duty stand that will stay put with no tilt.

Another use for cable ties (god, I love'em): Anti-roll devices, so glass won't roll off the table.

Genius @macbill!

I'm really liking the "sandwich" method. However, I am finding I need to run the Nano at 7.5+ to get continual visible hits but its making me sleepy. If I run it a bit lower I am still getting the pain reducing effects without sleepiness, but there is no visible vapor after a few hits.

So I have a vapor noob question. How do you tell when the bowl is kicked?

How does a kicked bowl taste?

no taste/burnt popcorn. The abv should be a consistent chocolate brown (darker depending on how high you run your temperatures)

It sounds like your herb is too far from the heat exhaust. Try moving your screen up. Also 7.5 might be too high, 7.0 is usually the highest I go for flowers.

Moreover, make sure your log feels warm to the touch before starting your session (let it preheat for 10+ minutes)

Not sure if it's my strains but I seem to be using 6 now pretty consistently! Was at 6.5 before and up to 7 because I used to be a cloud chaser. I am now a flavour/taste chaser and a low temp vapist!

I'm finding my abv much lighter, just a tan or even slightly yellow, but the taste is incredible (probably the best I've experienced) and I STILL get massive low temp clouds.

Love my Nano!

Lol, yeah, I like maximum extraction from my herb. But I get solid hits even at 5.5!

Would anyone be interested in me doing a walk-through, start to finish, showing how to adjust the screens, load the stem/gong, and how to clean it after?

I did what I thought was a detailed vid for the EVO, though not everyone was a fan ()

I'd be happy to do another vid for the ENano, but didn't want to "compete" with @Caligula or @ataxian , as they are great showmen...
