Just ordered some Snappo wood, and am ready to place my order at EpicVape for the Nano.
Is there any discount codes available to FC members?

Also, do most E-Nano users prefer the all glass gong or the adjust-a-bowl gong?
(will be used with 14mm glass)

The adjust a bowl works flawlessly and imparts no taste into the vapor, and it is adjustable which I have already made use of. And the SS screen should allow more airflow.

I am having trouble checking out, it reads "no delivery option available?" and will not let me finish the check out process. Any ideas why?

FWIW, I live in the US.

The website is a little broken right now. The 'Estimate shipping' button is not working. You should be able to check out if you don't use that button. You will be charged a flat $6 shipping fee. International orders will be charged a $25 flat fee. I will adjust the international fee if you are just ordering accessories when I capture the funds from paypal.
Email Nadia@epicvape.com with any shipping or web issues if you are still having trouble.

I love my E-Nano but it's time to put Epicvape on blast. Why? Because accountability is good.

Short story:

-Ordered an Adjust-A-Bowl GonG, came damaged, the glass was cracked on the inside, pic here. I immediately notified them via the website (June 23). Took about a month to get in contact with me, after I PM'd Andy here after two tries via the website. Still haven't gotten a refund yet though, am hoping it comes soon.

-Ordered two all glass GonGs recently, just got one all glass GonG. So, basically 2 out of 2 orders, both messed up, didn't get what I paid for. I'm not feeling too great either because of how long it's taken for traction to occur on my first order's mess up. :(

Still a great product but the company needs work. I'd be spending more money there if it were better run.

Your experiences pretty much echo mine...it's the only negative i've experienced, and in the end (even though it was damn frustrating and patience testing), Andy always made things right. I just don't understand, because it only costs him more in the long run, instead of making sure the right orders get to the right people and not arrive broken.

I can't imagine my vaping hobby being without an E-Nano! Whole nugs are what save my lungs, as i'm starting to realize I can't tolerate vapour from ground buds? It's like way too irritating and causes a cough reflex even through water, which turns into a day long chronic cough and sometimes bronchitis. The Nano provides such smooth quality vapour at any temp range I want....from ultra low temp, to super high as you want temp, with unground whole nugs that I can break down to create even thicker denser vapour clouds. All without a single cough!

I love my E-Nano!

My apologies, I dropped the ball on this one. Had some problems with the last batch of 14mms and it got messy with all the emails. Between that, massdrop and the website issues it's been a challenge keeping everybody happy.

Nadia@epicvape.com will now be handling shipping, web issues, and returns/RMA's, I'll take technical issues, etc andy@epicvape.com

Thanks everybody for your patience. Rest assured I will make it right.

Nadia is working on the checkout problems. Seems to be working now?

To answer your first question..I.turn Nano up to 10, pinch of a very, very small nug in all glass stem, Let Nano heat for 2 mins, turn down to 7-8 Take 3 moderate draws, turn off Nano, nite, nite... Repeat as necessary....

Does anyone out there have a super strong resilient gong? I must of dropped mine at least 30x. Pumping out vapor like day one :) I have some very well cured BD that is so tasty what are you guys vaping on ?

I figured out the malfunction.

Since postal code was not required in the address book forms, I did not include it and it would not allow me to move past the Shipping page without this information. When I edited my profile to include it, it allowed me to proceed through the checkout process.

But instead of the $6 flat rate, it charged $11.25. I will send a note to Nadia to let her know, thank you for your help in getting me ordered. The order is in and I just sent Snappo my Order ID # to put with my wood being sent your way!

Hi i just recieved my e-nano but when i plug it in it lights up but it dosnt heat up at all i have left it for an hour on the max setting but nothing not even warm to touch is there a tweak or has anyone else had this happen to them? just wondering before i email epicvape

Leaving it at 10 for an hour should get it hot. I'd contact EV - the wiring is pretty simple inside, I doubt it would be a short - I'm guessing maybe a failed heating element

I have both the all glass and adjust bowl stem... until now i used only the adjust a bowl stem at 6,5... yesterday after reading andys post i tried the all glass at 7,5 and 8 and have to say the taste is even better and lasts longer (more tastefull draws) also my herb lasts longer with this technic... i would recommend you all the all glass stem... i am very happy with the e-nano... i retired my volcano...

I wonder if they ever considered that customer service would be like herding cats. They have chosen to market to a crowd that has a short attention span and very little patience.:myday:

Woke up this morning to check the tracking and the nano has made it to ca last night, and still with customs since last night.. Arghhh if they were quick as usual I would've had the package today! The anticipation keeps getting bigger and bigger lol I hope there isn't an issue with the product and customs..

Damn Canadians. I was about to say the Nano ships from inside CA already... lol

@smokeydabear you will pay Snappo for the wood, and then Andy full price for a standard non-exotic Nano @ ~$205 (IIRC).
