Just ordered some Snappo wood, and am ready to place my order at EpicVape for the Nano.
Is there any discount codes available to FC members?
Also, do most E-Nano users prefer the all glass gong or the adjust-a-bowl gong?

The website is a little broken right now. The 'Estimate shipping' button is not working. You should be able to check out if you don't use that button. You will be charged a flat $6 shipping fee. International orders will be charged a $25 flat fee. I will adjust the international fee if you are just ordering accessories when I capture the funds from paypal.I am having trouble checking out, it reads "no delivery option available?" and will not let me finish the check out process. Any ideas why?

I love my E-Nano but it's time to put Epicvape on blast. Why? Because accountability is good.
Short story:
-Ordered an Adjust-A-Bowl GonG, came damaged, the glass was cracked on the inside, pic here. I immediately notified them via the website (June 23). Took about a month to get in contact with me, after I PM'd Andy here after two tries via the website. Still haven't gotten a refund yet though, am hoping it comes soon.
-Ordered two all glass GonGs recently, just got one all glass GonG. So, basically 2 out of 2 orders, both messed up, didn't get what I paid for. I'm not feeling too great either because of how long it's taken for traction to occur on my first order's mess up.
Still a great product but the company needs work. I'd be spending more money there if it were better run.
My apologies, I dropped the ball on this one. Had some problems with the last batch of 14mms and it got messy with all the emails. Hi i just recieved my e-nano but when i plug it in it lights up but it dosnt heat up at all i have left it for an hour on the max setting but nothing not even warm to touch is there a tweak or has anyone else had this happen to them? just wondering before i email epicvape
To answer your first question..I.turn Nano up to 10, pinch of a very, very small nug in all glass stem, Let Nano heat for 2 mins, turn down to 7-8 Take 3 moderate draws, turn off Nano, nite, nite... Repeat as necessary....
Hey I hear you!I had a call yesterday...from Andy. I was flabbergasted to speak to the Creator. I did what everybody does when something goes wrong with their "Baby". I flooded web page with RMA requests. Wrote Andy here and just in general, panicked because of no response. (it was 15 hours, on the weekend) Nadia sent me RMA after I sent unit back.
I ask you all not to do what I did. Calm down. Reputable Dealers will get it right. No amount of badgering makes a crooked company act correctly. Now Andy & Nadia have too try and figure out who and what I need, when it was me who screwed up return system by being impatient.
I wonder if they ever considered that customer service would be like herding cats. They have chosen to market to a crowd that has a short attention span and very little patience.

If I was to order some wood from Snappo would I still be paying the full price listed on the Enano website or is it cheaper since I'm buying the wood?
Woke up this morning to check the tracking and the nano has made it to ca last night, and still with customs since last night.. Arghhh if they were quick as usual I would've had the package today! The anticipation keeps getting bigger and bigger lol I hope there isn't an issue with the product and customs..
