Not a Vapman “beta tester”
I slept on the $175 Simrell Hyper 9 early drop, but I was really tempted, and then Troy and Jerry woke my dormant VAS. So I came here to see what people think, as FC has been the most dependable resource for years, IMO. Amazingly, I can find nothing about a big drop from a well-known manufacturer. Simrell isn't listed in the manufacturer list, and the only things that come up in a search are pieces for sale or incidental references, mostly on this thread (which is why I posted this here--sorry if it's somewhat off-topic).

Did I miss something, or is my search game just way off?

(The Hpyer 9 should arrive sometime tomorrow.)
I have one. You’ll be quite happy with it. I’m waiting on trying it with an armored cap.

Ok, the opposite problem of the standard cap being too loose and falling on your lap when red hot 🤔 That problem gets solved by deforming the cap, but I don't know if you can loosen it the same way. I may be interested, I love my DV with IH but at 50€, it's quite an investment...
This cap is way too rigid to reshape, or at least that's been my experience. It might be possible if you could bend it such that the captive dents grabbed less (like you can a regular cap) that might work, but I can't do that. I have tried to reduce the "captiveness" with a pliers but haven't succeeded.

Been waiting for this since I first saw the OG green Omni.

Looks much, much nicer than the photos on the site, no flaws I've noticed.

Video on the new M+. Have to admit, I'm not impressed by it and the pointless word salad George & co insist upon to describe features is yet another turn off for me.

But watch and enjoy 👍

I agree.
Glad I got my M's back in 2017/18/19 because every year there was improvement. The M has been going backwards since 2020.

personally I‘d be curious to try out this tip (and the b tip too), I don‘t think the tip design is at its end or, put differently, has identified all its different ends.

Heating fins look nice and seem plausible, but I could imagine the smooth conic tip design indeed enhancing airflow as well as changing the heating/cooling characteristics in a way it would lead to more consistent hits – I know, airflow and consistency are nothing new to desire and dynavap has been reasoning many changes with that, but that doesn‘t mean that there is no room for improving or simply altering the (learning?) experience

The B tip is a fantastic addition to the range and is perfect for cool bong hits when added to a Vong. The half bowl size offers the best bang for your buck without losing out on flavour imo.

Wow, it's weird! But, based on my past initial reactions to DV design, I'll probably grow to like it. I'm not excited by the look of the tip (and I don't really like the B tip since it tastes like metal to me), but they seemed to really like the results, and if it delivers cooler hits I sure can't complain.

The body seems...weird. I hope they make wood ones in that style, though, I'm all over that! I think I'll like the grippiness of the texture.

One thing I would like to see/know that I don't think they covered is, is the airport still an airport, or has it finally become a carb? They used it exclusively as a carb, and with the bigger hole size along with the airiness of the new tip, I wonder if it can function well without covering it?

Edit: Just saw a rep on Reddit say that the price has not gone up, it's $89.

Edit2: quotes from u/caraboucat:
I have used one for the past month and without hesitation, I can say this is the best Dynavap I have ever used!

And I have used/own them all. Like this thing is special....

I have been using it daily exclusively with the Orion induction heater. 3 seconds after it clicks it’s party time. First cycle is nothing but amazing flavor. Second heat cycle is the money shot. Never really have needed a third heat cycle.

It seems slightly deeper? I don’t know for sure, but I feel like you can fit more in this and it just heats more efficiently.

I have no science to back this up other than it’s just really fun to use. And it has a super comfortable feel to it! It just feels nice in the hand.

Hits almost “smoother” then any of my past models.

I am sooooooo mixed on the M+. The looks are not my cup of tea, but it is definitely unique. Someone on reddit made a post saying it looks like it resembles a torch (as in the villagers stormed Frankenstein's Castle with torches and pitchforks). Interesting...

The tip looks to be quite interesting. I was really impressed with the B tip. I still prefer the 5-fin titanium, but I am still really impressed with it. A full size chamber with airholes can be quite good. I look forward to the reviews.

Very nice looking verdiomni, @coolbreeze 😊
Thank you, I love it already!
might be the ugliest dynavap I’ve seen yet
that’s gonna be a no from me, Dawg (George)
Lol. This one'll have to grow on me. ; )

Lol! I can just see George in front of the angry mob: "Be careful not to overheat the cap!"

Yeah, I hope VF George's experience bears out and it has real improvements in hit quality. Remi seemed less impressed.

I'm jelly 1 a real Omni while I rock a m Omni Wana be ..and my favorite colors
Man, i saw that green M and grabbed it, and when the other color Omnis came out, I was like, "..."
.. what size is the WP I think that is around the size I'm looking for ??
The Milkball? That's a 14mm joint. The ball's probably just a little smaller than the SP Megaglobe. Mouthpiece it about 8" high. It's a sweet pipe. @VapeFiend.com 's got a similar, less expensive one that I was looking at but @VGOODIEZ got these in so I grabbed one.

I am definitely in the minority here, but other than the dimples (which I feel I will come around on) this is the best looking Dynavap to date IMO, almost looks like a carving. It also looks like it absolutely rips
I just showed it to my wife and she's with you--she says it looks like it's from the Lord of the Rings, she wants to toke a bowl strolling in the Fangorn.

Monk Debate

The monks do be debatin’
I love the looks of the M+ and the new bowl seems really interesting. Troy says he can regularly get one hit extractions from the M+. My 2019 is still rolling along just fine though, the entire experience including vapor quality would need to be a lot better for me to consider the upgrade. Otherwise I’ll just wait for the tip to be sold as a part I can add to my existing M body.

Hell, I'll buy one tomorrow if they make an M-length wooden version with a spinning MP.

Im interested in the tip. I never looked for a one hit extraction so that isnt really a selling point to me but Im always interested in new tip designs to try out. The B tip was a homerun in my book so Id imagine this one should be a performer.
@coolbreeze do I need to start making accesories lol ? You want it with extra large carb with adjustableilty to close it completely off right ?

I agree I it's grate for the people just getting there first dynavap . Don't get me wrong I do like it but I but really how much of its actually additional functionality that is going to make a difference I have 2021 but actually wish I had a older stem . Now I will say my ti Omni tip really changed the game .. I would love to try others but at 40 to 55 for a tip cap and coil
Lol might as well just get the new m lmfao

If they ever do become available as parts lol and 55 for tip 75 for tip cap and

Fully open! Awhile ago I saw George mention ripping the DV hard fully open, tried it and never looked back, except a bit of feathering here and there. Sounds counterintuitive, but by George it works. Jerry busts a lung testing it with his new M in the vid. Anyhow I'll trust your judgement from there!
