I wonder. Do the airlines ever have a sale of all the things they have stolen from passengers in the security line? Somehow I suspect even if they did it wouldn't include the good stuff...
There was a bit of time in my life when I worked at an airport and stamped passports and searched luggage that security deemed troublesome. Anyway, we confiscated all sorts of things from nail files to guns. Unless the item was saved as evidence in a case we had pending, it was discarded into the “amnesty box”. The items in there were legitimately destroyed and discarded. Not to make excuses for the TSA because I think they are sleeping on the job, but as far as in a law enforcement function, that stuff is disposed of.

I think a 12" bong is a little much for a VC. It will work, but I would tend to go smaller.

It's not. My DD is a 12" straight beaker bong, and it's awesome. For home use, I don't know why I would go smaller, really. That amount of volume may not be necessary, but it's not overkill. Perhaps if you have diminished lung capacity? Admittedly, my lungs are pretty stout; I can usually pull from click to click, and then clear the bong after the cold click. I usually get full extraction in two pulls, and once in a while, if the moisture content of my bud and my heating technique are just right, one pull.

Morning, curious regarding all these water tools do any of you have respiratory issues? And do you find by using VC's through water can help alleviate wheezing and general lung irritation? I notice if i vape back to back for too long i get slightly wheezy.
Yes water further helps.
I have asthma but Vaping through a water tool really has made things a lot cleaner for me. I rarely ever vape without water. Ever.

I usually want the smoothest hit possible, although I flavor chase sometimes I'm very protective of my lungs.

The water will provide a bit more humidity to the draw further reducing the impact on your lungs. As well as the points mentioned above by other Fc members.

I'm asthmatic, and frequently suffer lung issues.

A water pipe and a DynaVap is nice, but you are all ready behind the gun with a VapCap. They run hot, short air path, and convection heating are all generally tough on the lungs.

I love my VapCap, but when things get dicey I'm more likely to switch to another vape and run it through water. An Arizer product really shines here.

I tend to stay mid-cap when I'm heating my DynaVap to keep the temp a little lower. And the air hole is feathered with a bias towards open.

Good luck!!

Wanna help me decide on a first VapCap purchase?

I read all the way through the Best Of thread plus a bunch of pages of this thread. I'd like to stay cool and I'd like to fit my VC to some sort of 14mm water pipe eventually. Does that make me a good fit for an OmniVong or NonaVong I guess? I prefer microdosing and size isn't an issue so I'm thinking an XL or XLS would be the move. Not an M since the oven size isn't adjustable.

Thanks for any suggestions.

A Vong would be great for you, yet there are adapters for sale as well so you can choose any of the DynaVap lineup that appeals and make it work with water tools. If you’d prefer it to natively work then one of the Vongs would be your best bet.

As far as microdosing, don’t let the M tip fool you. You can still microdose with it. It’s just not pre measured for you automatically. I have both an Omni and M and both work great. The Omni of course has the adjustable airflow and heats up and cools down faster. You’ll likely grab a few Vaps so just get what appeals to you now lol

Its good to have the family together for the Holidays. The Stardustsailor custom green titanium VC in the foreground and the burl carrying case from Ed's are my gift to one of you fellow VC lovers. Free to the first person who pm's me. Brand new, no condensor, magnet on end of tube for cooling. Will include original VC tube as well. Happy Holidays!
The @stardustsailor VC has found a new home.....Thanks FC!

:clap:Thanks @mephisto ! :rockon:In all confession I replied and will have it in my next family pic for everyone here. Well I never thought I'd be a proud owner of a custom vape ever. Much less in my color scheme.

Burl Wood? I wanted a get a Burl UD at one point. This will be a solid block.

LSS, and unrelated to the 'Starduster'. I am also getting an Omni Titanium. But not an XL from a seller? :hmm: Details on that later.

TOO MUCH VC EXCITEMENT!! :mmmm:

EDIT -I meant to say "The Stardustsailor".

My color scheme, My desired wood. No condenser. Coincidence? I'll accept that. The magnet on the end of the tube. O.K. now that is just eerie. :whoa:
@mephisto with the gift giving, what's up. Beautiful collection of vapcaps man.

@CuckFumbustion good lookin' man. I love that stem, too. Hey, I have a burl case just like that one! :)
Thanks @Diggy Smalls. Hope to have the other vape to show you also. Like the chiseled look of the stem and the type of MP on the custom VC.

I have an Burl Ed's TnT Burl stem for my UD that might pair with a condenderless M for the family photo. Plus that particular wood itch will be getting scratched. Also mentioned wanting a Burl UD ages ago. Now I can have a respectable Dynastash of my desired wood from Ed's. Color me amazed. Thanking you again @mephisto . :D Thank you again FC!

Like how the Burl wood grain and creamy blend of colors suggest liquid and the black outline in some of the grain. What do you like about your stash @Diggy Smalls ?

@CuckFumbustion My Burl dynastash has this uneven almost stone like surface. Swirls deep in the wood...it's a dark and stormy wood. I've tried to take photos of it to catch all the subtleties of it, but it's not easy for me. I just tried again and failed in fact. It has the old logo that matched my woody that I lost. The lid needs to be tightened, I just need to get around to doing it. If I'm using my Cap, I'm using my stash.
The wood has all these knots in it with some negative space. When Ed cut mine it SEEMS like the hard and soft places made this wavy surface to a few of sides of my stash. This with the cracks and deep redish brown color make it seem kind of old.

I woke up to some not so summer weather today. -8˚F this morning. First breath stiffened up the nose hair. :)

This week is definitely going to be an engaging one for me. Lots of planning on the schedule as we are all trying to get a good outline of our 2018 schedule and goals. Projecting inventory on raw materials and other supplies as well as trying to schedule our machine time.

We have some fun new things to share this week, and will be going live again this time on Thursday at 6PM Central time. Please check in with us and send a message.

I'll be going over this cool little customer created device. It is awesome to see others making accessories so we are going to try and share some of them with you, so if you have ideas, please get in touch.

I hope to see you Thursday.

Cheers,

George
