I'm just over a week into owning a Ti tipped vapcap.

I seem to have identified that when I get a new vape, I spend a few weeks really putting them thru their paces with filling and pushing it with temps. I wanna know what is the maximum hit I can get out of a device in the minimal amount of time with the minimal amount of coughing. Within days of owning an OG, I'd broken it through my own use, rather than it being accidental, me, glass and jet powered lighters ain't the best mix! The Pinnacle Pro didnt stand up to my usage, neither did the Grasshopper (tbf, pushing temps with those two is mere usage at its own top whack temps, not exactly me pushing it). I managed to combust with my Volcano once, which surprised me.

Anyway, all this is to say nothing has stood up to my testing and continual usage, me cramming it as full as i can, going to the highest temps i can (short of any combustion) like my vapcap Ti has (with @phattpiggie stem, natch).

I'm getting the biggest hits, the most all in one extraction, and the least coughing I've ever had with any vape I've used. Its taking everything I'm throwing at it.

I cannot recommend the Vapcap highly enough.

Go from the mouthpiece end, your condenser will help you keep the CCD from spinning when you push it into place

It goes the other way so it clicks into place and is easy to push back out from the mouthpiece end
Also, when you remove it, push it out from the same direction you put it in. Yes, it gets a bit convex (not concave) when pushed in from the mouthpiece end as George recommends but its not much in terms of impact on the chamber size.

I did push out a Ti CCD from an OG chamber one in a different direction than it was inserted. Of course this tries to flatten out the little bit of convex curve (from the point of view of the chamber) and I ended up with a hairline crack in the glass chamber.

Personally, I think you can put them in from either direction but you need to remember which way for when you want to remove it in the future....so best to just follow George's advise, yeah?!

Have the CCD screens replaced the ceramic screens in all tips now? Are they TI or SS? Is there any practical difference between them (TI and SS)? Does the diff between ceramic and CCD make it worth replacing the screen in older VCs using ceramic?

WHAT is your favorite color?

One, two, five!

I'm not sure which CCDs new tips are fitted with but both SS and Ti are now available on the new site, i don't know if there's any difference in performance between them

Imo it's worth upgrading to a CCD, less bits get past the screen and theres no chance of breaking it when cleaning and whatnot

GREEN! (i wonder why..)

Wow, THANK YOU. Mine's in the wrong way round then. That video was exactly what I needed. I am pleased I figured out the pen thing myself. Not sure I would have ever thought of using the condenser tube with it though!

Thanks you Jimfish.

Just received my TI Woody and dynastash today from Black Friday. My OG became my daily driver over my firefly 2 and DaVinci IQ for a fraction of the price of both of them. Thank you Dynavap.

So what is it about the dynavape you like better than firefly and davinci iq? I just ordered the boundless cfv, dynavape is going to be my next purchase. I also wonder how the cfv compares to the dynavape, anyone?

@Chose nailed it.

All the gimmicks and unnecessary technology will come to reveal their empty fancy promises.

This is why I believe that legalization will lead to the Vapcap becoming a household name. You just can't compete with simplicity, effectiveness, affordability and aesthetic beauty. Whatever else you might have, you'll always have a Woody in your pocket.

Yes I've spent loads of cash on trying to switch to vapourizing
And none of them have truly satisfied my needs there fine for the honey moon period
But then I want the next one
Nothing ever 100 percent hit the spot I always felt there was something missing until I vaped the ti woody
It takes you to the edg of combustion
Like no other vape can
It feels a bit noughty loool

I'm a big fan of bats and dugouts. I feel like my vapcap is more efficient than both of them. Couple bowls out of my vapcap, I'm good. I like microdosing. Heat up time is almost instant no worrys about running out of batteries or carrying spares. I can use anybody's stove to heat it. Firefly 2 is nice but I don't like taking long draws for 10-12 seconds and stirring the bowl gets tedious after a while. My DaVinci IQ is great but it consumes way too much herb for a solo use for me. Maybe if they made a spacer I'd use it more. It's great for group sessions though, a couple buddies and I were ripping that thing for 10 minutes straight and it was still producing visible clouds. And smart paths are ahead of its time, I don't know any other vape that has that kind of feature. Super cool. Not to mention the price of a vapcap is so affordable compared to my ff2 and IQ.

Don't let Santa know....
i wont

It's worth buying a woody or any of the vapcap products

Even if you don't like weed I think in 100 years
People will be still talking about this amazing product
And saying
I can't believe they put people in jail for this using a plant
This will create a great lesson to the human race

I'm glad my first vaporizer is a Dynavap product, I was thinking a powered battery device at first but the beauty & safe materials of vapcaps caught my attention.
I have the OG since 1 month and what I love is I just put a very tiny amount of stuff and I gets me where I want.
Next step was obviously to upgrade for a non breakable vapcap and here I am waiting for a double-crowned omni carbon ;)
I'm so pleased I found this thread and the people in it.

VapCap had me so good that I initially posted this post in the Milaana thread! :freak:

Sooo, I really like watching the vapor flow through a glass stem and my woody was just so not-glassy enough... I already have an OG and a SS condenser and wooden mouthpiece to upgrade it to a Vapcap-S if needed but it has been vapnapped by a cousin of mine recently and have been unavailable.
Sooo, it just happened to have an extra PyroVap body available and fixed this FrankenVap over here for home use! It's bigger than an XL, the whole mouthpiece sticks out of the carrying tube! A lot if milky action in front of that condenser tip!
Got to love modularity!!! :D

Thanks for the sale George.i'm looking forward to the newer convection tips and the engraved caps also, although right now, i cant fault the tip you sent out to me over 2 months ago.

Tip: The back end of a slurpie straw works great for positioning the condenser and orings in the body..we have 7 eleven stores everywhere here that sell slurpie.cut the straw down. You will need to widen the tool compartment hole by 1mm for it to fit.ive drilled mine just 1mm wider and also deeper to accept the tool you see sitting on the stash magnet.the tool slides inside the straw inside the stash.
im now looking to see if i can add a compartment on the bottom of the stash for abv :) and then i wont need the orange jyarz while out and about.im trying to work out how i can open and close that added comparment without adding another slide door like whats on the top.

the torch is a triple flame dolphin and is a favourite out of maybe 10 torches i own..its heavy steel, has a smallish gas chamber (one day for me) and works well and is easily adjustable on the go.i find the quads can be overkill.

i clean my vapcap in a dishwasher if i want it really clean for airports or travel.i just take my vc apart and put all the bits inc rings into a tea strainer basket from one of our teapots, then pop it in a regular wash into the cutlery basket in the dw and it comes out pristine and like new after an hour or so.

Off topic,i wash my ball caps in the dw as well.i bought some ball cap buddies..

hats come out of the dw like new haha

hopefully You can add some flat brim ball caps to the site @VapCap and im in

Chou everyone:tup:

Many vapes & accessories. Always happy to help
Had a stunning session yesterday with the new Ti tip.
OMG - it's THAT good. Flavor profile and taste are on a new level... Way more convective. And good taste lasts much longer. Hits are smoother and less effort is needed to pull huge clouds(when fully carbed). It's a winner and I know I will need the new tips on all of my Caps... It has spoiled me
Was having so much fun, I pushed the load over the limit - and combusted. For the first time in months.. Gush, that was disgusting.
Cleaning will be a breeze :p

The new website looks very cool and cleaned up. Like that style and hope sales will do justice to this magnificent "all around presentation" of DynaVap. I'm sure it will!

Man, I slipped and got behind on this thread and it moved fast! I need to get me some of these new tips once the holidays are over!

I'm still catching up but wanted to respond to this:

Thanks for that insight and feedback. Im sure I got at least 0.1 into my Omnivap when I did weigh it. I probably did have to press it in a little,,but I tried not to compact the load, more like trying to put the feathers back in a divet, just tucking them in until they stay put. And on that occasion the load vaped very well, no issues with being too compavt, huge clouds.

But there are other variables involved like you say with herb moisture and size for weight. My stuff is leafy outdoor shit UK summer autos, and I never got it dry enough even still, always high humidity.

That said, I remember @Vapor Eyes reporting how he was routinely packing
0.11 grams into his Omnivap, and Im sure he has top high grade stuff.

I know for a fact I have measured out .10 in the chamber, and now that you mention it I think I did make a post where I did fit .11 in there. My cannabis varies a lot as far as moisture. I'll measure a couple loads tomorrow of some moist and dry strains.

I do pack it in there to achieve those results. I literally never pack loads in any other vaporizer I have. I like a loose fluffy pack and rarely even tamp in my other vaporizers. Packing it tight doesn't seem to increase draw resistance in the VapCap very much surprisingly. I think the inverse induction airflow helps.

I mainly like to pack it like that because I like to use my Dynastash as a dugout and that's the easiest way to load my VapCaps. Just stuff it in there while twisting. It seems to make it take longer to heat up when I pack it in there like that, but I'm not sure. I will have to test that as well.

The Black Friday sale seamed to be a smashing success. To all of you new VapCap owners, I hope you are enjoying them as much as I think you are! :peace:

Ive done one more crazy pack session since the last one, and I thought I'd noticed it taking longer to heat up than usual too, but didnt really register it until reading this. I'll take note if I do another one.

I just dont like packing as much I did on those two occasions as I can get a only just get a draw through it and it makes my ears hurt doing so :) Scales kept hovering between registering 0.1 and 0.2 :)
