@BabyFacedFinster re: 20M / 19M draw resistance. Important to note that I'm commenting on your question regarding draw resistance of the tip. Not the cap.
It's ultimately gonna boil down to user experience and whatever prejudices we bring to the experience. However, here's my $0.02:
I like the adjust-a-bowl feature on the 20M specifically because of the ability to create a completely open space under the CCD and get fantastically low draw resistance.
DV's adjust-a bowl feature on the Ti tip is finicky at best. The 20M, however, nailed it. That's its #1 redeeming quality because it creates awesome airflow.
But... It's a smaller bowl. There is all of pros and cons of that.
Overall though I just do not like or use any of my 20M parts. There's nothing "wrong" with any of them. I just think of it as the Oreo cookie principle:
Oreo's are in my top 10 favorites. But, definitely ot top 7. So, if anything wife-made, a Chessmen, a Nutter Butter, a Grasshopper, a Pecan Sandie, 'Nilla Wafer, etc. is there why would I ever choose an Oreo over them?
I have other DV goodies. I play DynaLego constantly and rarely use the same setup for even one entire day. My complete 20M sits clean and untouched 99% of the time until I feel sorry for it and bust it out.
I have nothing against any of the 20M parts on their own. But, they're all Oreos.
The only "improvement" from 19 to 20 was the adjustable CCD. Every single other thing was a step backwards.
20M lovers - please don't flame or hate on me. I love my 20M and I'm happy if you love yours. I just love my othe DVs more.
