The SGW Waffle is one of the best single chamber pieces I have used bar none - I liked it so much I am getting a dual waffle dub bub.

OMFG...the mini migrant looks so sleek! Well, the splash guard is sort of bleh. But I just love his work. The production stuff isn't revolutionary, but it's always so clean and refined. I wish he had more thick pieces as part of his production. My 9mm triple disc is beastly and I like his style more than US Tubes.
Based purely on performance, I would pick the waffle. However, if it was a personal choice, I would pick the migrant. I say buy what gets your blood flowing. You'll be the one that's using it (every day

Random question for the glass heads out there. Hamm makes a tube with a prong diffuser. What is that? Opinions? Never heard of it and can't find any useful references. Also, anyone know who I can contact for additional 44mm toro attachments? There are one or two more I want to complete my collection.

and I agree with Da Professor - get what get's your blood flowing - Migrant and SGW are both solid pieces as is the inline that you were looking at earlier - personally, if you would spend a little bit more, the SG King Stemlines are absolutely BANANAS

That's on my wishlist too but they're not in stock @ AL. I initially resisted longer tubes (16-18-20") because of the cleaning problems they pose but perhaps I'm selling myself short. My assumption was short tubes clear easier and are less taxing on my sexagenarian lungs but I've come to learn from you and others it's not the size but the design. Which leads me to having to replace my kitchen faucet for one with a higher clearance to in order to clean these bigger piece. :/stonemonkey55 said:

I've really wanted a waffle tube for a while, at first I was little worried that I wouldn't be able to milk it but with the VXC on its way eventually....
I definitely want a smaller bore tube as well, had my eyes on some of HOPS' peashooters for a while, I like the tiny bore on those.

Pappy I have not......I am gonna go to the itza shop and see what they have.....probably go with something by them as they are a NY company and I like that not to mention their stuff is pretty awesome......will cost alot more I am sure but I got the fever now. I keep telling myself its ok as I will be able to use it with the Cloud when its released. I liked the Headford and still do but all this glass porn makes me want something just a little more special. If itza doesnt have something I love for a price I can live with I will order the Headford. Whatever I get will be posted with thoughts as soon as I get it. Hoping to go tomorrow.

One thing I wish was more popular would be large tubes with no ice pinches. I would gladly sell my daily drivers if I could buy them again (even at retail) with no ice pinches. So much easier to clean. It's so difficult to get custom pieces made, and all I want are prodo pieces with no pinches

Those jake wilsons are pretty sick but i see lots of air bubble which would just drive me bonkers. But i was hitting a buddies chinese inline bub on the weekend and it really made me want one. Definately considering a headford, great for the price.

This is the story of my life. I feel like some of these high end tube makers will turn out the most wicked tube, then you see these crude looking ice pinches. I am sure they can think of a better solution to hold ice than poking indents into the tube. Maybe make a beefy splash-guard to hold the ice and call it a day.DaProfessor said:

Yeah, I got a double hookah style one. It's in transit right now. I've had nothing but good experience with getting the custom piece made. He even put it on hold for a month while I set some financial things straight. Seems like a nice guy and was very accommodating. Sometimes takes 24hrs or so to get back to me. Just been messaging him through etsy. Can't vouch for anything else until I receive the piece I ordered.
