Vaporizers are not legal??? You can use them with any herbal blend…
You're changing the preset temps. Whatever you change them to are the new presets. The default settings are good ones, but I don't know why they didn't set it up for 3 settings instead of just 2.When you change the temp with the app, does it remain at that temp after it turns off / back on? Or does it revert to the default temperatures when it's turned on again?
So to get a Crafty I need a new phone...
Only if you want to use the app. Plenty of people will just use it with the default settings. OTOH playing with the various app options is an attraction, and besides price, is one reason I'm sure the Crafty will outsell the Mighty by a large margin. So to get a Crafty I need a new phone

Yes, with 3 settings there would rarely be a need to mess with changing it.....
only the time to heat up and between hits or the overall 'power',
A higher wattage vaporizer, depending on it's design, may be able to maintain that temp better than a lower wattage vaporizer, eh?
How is this even legal? Is Apple going to approve this app outside CO and WA, if even there?
Wow! with a bluetooth remote! My dad used to tell about a guy who designed an envelope opener that filled half a room. That was before miniaturization. Now it fits in the palm of your hand.
Just because they have some common ground? So do the SSV and DBV. In fact, you could argue that those two have more in common than the S&B portables, since they use the same electronics and heater. The Crafty and Mighty have more than enough differences for separate threads. These two threads need to get back together…
Hearing this makes the Crafty more interesting to me. Thanks!S&B got back to me this morning. There is no difference in terms of vapor output between the two models. Question answered
As for the specific power draw, the Crafty uses 27 watts and the Mighty uses 30 watts. Both of these figures were quoted as "capacity... when heating up the devices."
Charge times for each vape is approximately 2 hours. The Crafty draws 10 watts during charging, while the Mighty draws 36 watts. Due to the higher draw of the Mighty, it does not have USB because charging "will take too long."
So there we go, a few answers to some key questions.
I think I'm just saving up for the Crafty now then ... won't be able to adjust the temps w/out finding a friend with an Android device though until the iPhone/iPad app comes out!
