i love using the screens, I didn't notice a difference in taste like with the LP. Theres slightly more draw resistance but nothing compared to the LP. It kept my cooling unit nice and clean so I will keep using it.

They are very cheap, I got 5 of those screens for 1$ at my local shop. I will look for a less fine mesh though in the future.

Now 82 hours on the clock and still going strong! Yesterday I tried some of the Iso oil. I put a big drop on the liquid pad and it lasted me the whole evening. Endless sweet puffs!

Great to hear! How many sessions with full battery usually lasts with this time of use?

Really iso oil yields very

My sessions are 10+ minutes and always end at max . temp. So I can get max. 3 sessions with a full battery. But I often vape with my external battery.

How many hours were on the one you sent in? When I sent mine in the unit I got back had the same number of hours.

That's dope! Thanks for the info. I saw the invoice they sent me and it has "WARRANTY EXCHANGE -399.99" listed on it.. With my luck, I figured it was a one-shot deal. Glad to hear otherwise. I just thought it was unprofitable for S&B to keep replacing dead units with new ones.

Update: My Crafty is NOT brand new. I feel dumb, but it really fooled me. The app says it has 88 hours on it... Far from brand new. Sorry for the confusion.

Is it just my crafty or does anyone else experience overheating imo far too early when using at max temps????
My first unit had overheating issues from 70th hour on. When I vaped on max temperature it overheated after 8 minutes. My actual unit overheats after round about 20 minutes. But my sessions are not that long when I don't pack it too tight.

That is about the time it's taking mine to overheat on max temp  what is the normal time before overheating at that temperature :hmm:

I don't know what's the "normal" time before overheating. Imo the Crafty needs its breaks. When my sessions gonna last longer than 20 minutes I use my Volcano.

Today I met a friend who bought an Arizer Air one month ago. He told me last week how awesome this vape is! Today I destroyed his vape dreams.
As we met he could not wait to fire his Air up. After 20 minutes of sucking on this thing I had enough. The first 2 hits had flavour. The rest was only vapor with vapoo taste. :ugh:
My friend only knew me with my Solo or my Vapman. Now it was time for my Crafty!:brow: I packed it in front of his eyes and set it to 180. I said it's yours and gave him the unit. And the rest is history! After his first 7 hits which made him more baked than the whole Air session did, he searched his phone, got to S&B homepage and ordered a Crafty! 25 minutes later he had sold his Air on the bay! He said after tasting the Crafty there is no chance to enjoy the Air only one day more.
To all Air/Solo users: Don't get me wrong, I used the Solo nearly 2years and loved it, but S&B put portable vaping , especially when it comes to vapor quality, to another level. And I think that's what it's all about: vapor quality! ;)

I agree with most of what you say, but differ on vapor quality. IMO I would put the crafty ahead still (air vs crafty) but not by much, other than the amount of vapor in relation to time, the crafty is able to deliver vapor more quickly and in bigger amounts, for me this is where the crafty shines:tup: So in this aspect of quality i would agree that the crafty blows away at least all the other portables i own (MFLB,Flowermatev5,Air,Firefly,Haze)

If i could only own one portable it probably would be the crafty(even though i use my air more), just for the BIG hitting capability/good stable temp, it can milk all my smaller glass and even my bigger pieces it does a real good job on:clap:without having to take it too slow, so far it has handled everything i can throw at it without dropping temp by much (by the time i have exhaled its already sitting bored waiting for me:lol:)

But for me it cant replace my others completely as there are things where they out shine the crafty, the firefly wins hands down on taste and being ready in seconds, great when i pack it before bed then its there waiting for me when i wake:rockon:also battery is user replaceable. The air and the haze handle a group better as IMO they hit/effect more like a J whereas the crafty like a bong(although i realise you can take your time with the crafty but meh wheres the fun in that when it can do so much more) and their batteries lasts longer (especially the haze xl batteries) and can be swapped out, and i love the cans in the haze, i can load up a few when going out so nice and quick to just swap them out. I have a bigger list but don't want to bore anyone;)

So until someone comes out with a portable that heats on demand, has a user replaceable battery, tastes like the firefly, has the ease of loading of the haze and hits like the crafty i will have to stick with my rotation to get everything i want.

Just my :2c:

Alas...at 105 hours my Craftys case has broken, I guess I'll experience SnB's "stellar" customer service for myself. /Crosses fingers.

One of the front two tabs that holds my CU in place just snapped loose when I was screwing the CU back on to the unit. Happened after a session as I was putting the CU back onto a empty but still warm main unit.

/Runs off looking for Craftys original box...

Yeah i was trying not to mention that little beauty :mmmm:, keeping my expectations as low as i can (it ain't easy) so i don't spoil it  But yeah seems like it could be perfect for me and many others.

I'm going to wait (as hard as it is) till vapefiend (i know they are waiting) and members here get some reviews out, i know i might miss out but i can struggle:lol: on with what i have now. Hopefully after that my vas will be kicked, well till something new comes along:brow:, Oh scrap that, forgot I'm waiting for the cloud evo back in stock, but after them I'm done

And @Crafty Vaper I'm having to stop myself licking my screen:o if you have a nice easy idiot proof method i would also be interested.

@Crafty Vaper Hey crafty man that's some awesome looking shizzle! Is that easy to make or a right bastard?

Crafty rules!
I melted butter and put it with the same amount of water in a pot and simmered it for 12 hours. Next I filtered it through a coffee filter and put it in the fridge. Next day the water is on the bottom and the butter is ready!

:mmmm: I love butter! My only beef is I don't have a location to simmer a pot of Weedbutter for half a day  It does look awesome though man.....

Crafty is clocking in 80hrs now, 20mins of blazing on it just now has taken out two blocks of battery. Its back on charge ready for tomorrows shenanigans. This is the only vape I use and I am very tempted to buy a second as back up instead of the beefy Mighty.

How low temps have you guys and gals gone with this thing? I still get crazy vapor clouds at 160C.

I saw the Crafty at Puffitup under Last Call a discounted prices of $319. And a Mighty for $399. You would have to ask Randy about a warranty beforehand. These are reconditioned units that's why I'm not sure about the warranty.

I have been vaping half Bowls with and without the LP for the past week and I have decided that for me without the LP is the way to go. Not to mention I am excited to see how the "ISO oil", "Quiso oil", reclaim, or whatever the hell you call it is once I have accumulated enough after a couple months of cleaning my unit!!!!

Yum! That's some nice budda!

I've been making Cano butter for years. I've increased the amount of ABV everytime. The last time I used 140 g of ABV to 1 lb. The effects were glorious in brownie form!
How long did it take to accumulate that much ABV???
