I poured the water out of mine into the sink in the bathroom with the ball still in it. It fell off, bounced on the tiles a dew times and survived! I know they can be delicate but the build quality is pretty rugged considering the material.

Makes sense. A DC powered or 3 battery mod with the Tetra X might work but im guessing most mods have long fire protection. I tried with my tetra p80 by cruising with eco level 3 but the max it can stay on is 15 mins

I blow from the bottom of the heater to help soak heat into the cylinders. I do it right after the warm up cycle before I attach the mouthpiece, just for a couple of seconds. It gets me off to a quicker start than without. Anyone else try to prime the heater before drawing on the herb?
