They run hotter than the original batteries. They seem to run more constantly. Where the old ones seemed to lose some power with each hit, these are more consistent throughout a trench. They definitely improved my enjoyment of the box. You can charge them with the original charger.

Hope you don't mind if I piggyback on your question... I've always wondered how people feel about the dry mouthpiece vs water. Those of you with both, do you find yourself using the dry piece for flavor or variety some of the time, or is it always with water if you have the option?

I guess I'm not understanding your question, but to connect to my water tube I used 1/2" ID 5/8" OD tubing. A couple posts up JoeKickAss shows how to connect to a 18mm to 14mm adapter using the same tubing. So I think the answer is 1/2 ID 5/8 OD tubing, and a 14mm to 18mm connector. That way...
