Nope, read 3 posts up. SM mentioned that it is because of a shortage of limited edition shells (I believe that means the fanatic shell) & early bird tubes. So it sounds like fanboys are the only ones they can ship at this point, but nothing was mentioned about cases being an issue.

Some Fanboys do. There might be a hold up with the hydratubes (complete speculation) because it seems no early birds (hydratube) have tracking yet, but some fanboys (dry mouthpiece) do. The original plan was early birds before fanboys, but that seems to have changed. Check out this thread...
