I have tried to make butter a couple times with ABV (for a few hours on the stove), and this smelled much less than that. But it does not eliminate the smell completely. For the full cycle it definitely smelled like herb in the house. The machine is $175 on their website. It really seems to do...

I ran the maker through the butter cycle (approximately 2 hrs 20 minutes including the decarb cycle). I used a 1/2oz of top shelf (G13 to be exact) in 4 sticks of butter. I've been vaping the same bud for a couple weeks, it does the job nicely :). The recipe I saw showed 7-14 grams for 2 sticks...

On the bottom of the unit there is a sticker that says the following: Rated Voltage 110V Rated Frequency 60Hz Motor/Heating Power 250W/800W That's the only mention of wattage I see anywhere.

When placed on the charger (assuming the charger is plugged in), the unit should show either orange (while charging) or green (when fully charged). If it is completely dark, something is wrong.

Thanks Dreamerr! I have been searching the cooking threads for temp recommendations, but I hadn't seen that one. The mix I have is supposed to be at 325, so it sounds like I'll be fine. I just didn't know if you had to stay around decarb temps which I think are 220 or so.

I looked through the whole manual & recipe book on the site, couldn't find anything with recommended oven temps for baking.

Thanks Dreamerr. I didn't get a manual with mine, so I didn't know recipes came with it. Edit: Just checked the site. No recipes for baking... Anyone know what temp is recommended for baking brownies?

Edit: VapeArts answered this question. Thanks! Also, do you have to keep the temperature lower than the usual 350 baking temp? Not sure if some goodies will be lost at that temp while baking. Thanks again!
