Not sure if they are liquid or leaf, but Ploom told me that they are proprietary, and cannot be re-used or re-filled. We talked about it a while ago in this thread, but the short version is no, it can't be used for green.

Unfortunately I think you're going to have to send that back for warranty service. I could be wrong, but I don't think that is a user fixable problem. I would go to the Ploom website, go to the chat feature, and tell them your problem. They will probably issue a shipping label for a return.
